I’ve had this podcast in my queue for a while and finally started listening on my way home from work yesterday. I was immediately a fan. Such practical conversations on topics related to project management and the guests all have a unique perspective that’s really engaging. Looking forward to more great content from Cesar.

I live in Guyana 🇬🇾 South America and the People and ProjectsPodcast is my favourite. I listen on my drive home from my outdoor exercise in the park. Every episode delivers mind-blowing nuggets that have helped me become a better leader, mom and human being .

I’ve listened to two episodes and love it so far. I’ve informally run or led many projects, but want to learn more theory and tips. I plan to get formal education and certifications on the topic.

Hope this podcast comes back, I just started listening recently so I definitely have some content that I can go through but definitely hoping for some new content for the future! It’s been good and insightful topics, found it at the right time!

I mean this in the most helpful way, the microphone is picking up too much noise in your mouth. Lower the sensitivity and increase the threshold of your microphone so that it is only picking up your voice.

I really liked the messages from Dan Rockwell in Leadership During times of disruption. Talking about how leaders need to be present with thier own emotional state before they can be effective team leaders.

This podcast (and the book ‘Project Management For You’) has already changed my life. I highly recommend this podcast to all project managers and any individual that wishes to become more productive in their professional and/or personal life.

These episodes are 50% wasted time and fluff, 50% interesting content. Liked the good parts, but don't have the time or patience to get through most of them. Cut to the key points, Cesar.

Really cool to see someone focused on Project Managers and how he takes a broader view than PM jobs...that it's all about the long term career. His tagline about life being a project and you being the manager is fantastic. Going further than Gannt charts and the PMP was a really cool surprise. I am an avid podcast listener and have been a PM for about seven years. Cesar has a great way of communicating and his interviews are quite informative. I really can't believe I just found this show, but I am listening to the new episodes while catching up from show zero...yes, there is a show '0'. Our time is valuable and this show is time well spent! Kudos Cesar.

Cesar is outstanding and the podcast continues to grow in both depth of topic and caliber of guest. One of the greatest things about this cast is that Cesar is not ashamed to speak from personal experience. From dealing with burnout to engaging social media in the PM arena, PM for the Masses is a great podcast for PM enthusiasts to beginners and even seasoned PM professionals. Don't skip an episode!

I really like this Podcast. Cesar interviews interesting people in a very unpretentious and genuine way. I’m not even a Project Manager, but I learn all sorts of good ideas when it comes to getting things done in the office.

This podcast is unlike any other I've heard! Right up front Cesar commits to 20 episodes! He defines the scope of what he wants to accomplish and invites the listener to come along for the ride and keep him accountable! This is certainly a podcast about Project Management that is worth listening to!! Cesar walks the walk!

This podcast should be mandatory for those of us in project management! The topics are relevant and always informative. If you don't learn something from each podcast, your mute button must be on! Cesar is a great leader and coach to the PM community.

I listen to a lot of project management podcasts and read a lot of PM blogs and articles, because I publish a weekly round-up on my blog. After three and a half years of this, I know what I'm looking for, and Cesar has it. Cesar is a great interviewer, and he always manages to get practitioners with excellent stories to share them. PM for the Masses is really the project management podcast for the cream of the crop!

I first heard about Cesar's PM for the Masses podcast through his activity on Google Plus. I am very impressed with his engagement in the G+ community. Cesar's passion for Project Management & connecting with others in the industry is evident in this podcast. I really enjoy this podcast series and wanted to thank him for this great service for PM community. Few striking things that makes it stand out amongst others : Interaction between Cesar and guests is so engaging and real. It never feels scripted and superficial. The reason being is that Cesar is honest and authentic his approach and same is reciprocated from other side as well. During the conversation, one can notice prior effort, homework, research on the topic/guests before it opens up. Definitely strikes a chord with audience. I just moved over to a project management role, and since I'm moving from something different, I want some help to know what moving into. Thankfully, there's this podcast - no, seriously! I am getting really excited to read the books that are discussed. Partly because I really want to excel, but to be honest, a lot is so that I can take control of my life! What I love is that the podcaster really talks at a high level so I understand initially what's being discussed, but then it goes in depth so that even when I become a seasoned manager I will still find value. I've only listened to the first three, but I honestly recommend that you take a listen - you won't regret it!

I was taking a walk and listening to the Peter Taylor's podcast and he referenced PMformasses podcast in one of his episodes. I could not wait and subscribed to this podcast. I listened to two episodes so far and Cesar, you are doing a fantastic job. I love the sections that you have created in your podcasts and the clarity in your voice. This is really great beginning!!. Keep it up and gradually there will be millions of listeners and followers of your podcast.

When I saw the title, I was afraid that this might be as exciting as reading the PMBOK (sorry PMI). After listening to Cesar's interviews with Peter Taylor, David Allen, and Traci Duez, I'm hooked. Each show has had a few key take away messages for how to manage our projects and lives better. Cesar has an engaging style and he seems to bring out the best in his interviewees. This podcast has made my commute to work more entertaining and educational. Keep up the good work!

I have listened to the first two podcasts and like what I have heard. I am an Intern Architect with my own design business. Trying to simplify and and manage projects, a business and my presonal life is very time consuming. Thanks for the assistance.

I don't have PMP at the end of my name. But I do manage projects, teams, and a family. All at varying degrees of success. After listening to the first three episodes (zero through 2) of Cesar's new show, I'm looking forward to listening on a weekly basis. In Episode 1, Peter Taylor provided good advice for being productive. I look forward to reading his book. Episode 2 with Traci Duez was amazing. I will be using her tips on motivating a team immediately. I'm thankful that there is a show that makes this valuable content accessible to the non PM professional. Cesar referred to both of his guests as PM Celebrities and Rockstars. Looks like he will be my PM Rockstar.

I have been following Cesar for several years now. I am very excited to learn a bit more about the techniques that Project Managers use to make projects and life a bit more manageable. ;)
