    Inspiring and practical
I have been following for at least a year and always enjoy the show. Even though I am gardening (imperfectly!) in the US, I find that there is plenty of practical advice here that I can apply in my home garden.

    Entertaining and informative
This is my favorite gardening podcast. The perfect combination of technique for growers, as well as the all-important presentation and enjoyment of the fruits of the garden with friends and family. So much useful information and interesting stories. Thank you!!

    My Favorite Gardening Podcast
I have listened to this podcast since it’s inception, and look forward to each new episode. I am in the US, so I greatly enjoy the wide range of new people that I learn about each week, along with all of the helpful gardening information. My only issue is that there are just some plants I can’t get here! I can’t wait to visit Perch Hill in person in the near future. Keep up the amazing work! Thank you for a lovely podcast.

    Best gardening podcast
As valuable for the charm of host and guests as for the invaluable information.

    Brilliant!
I listen to many garden-related podcasts but this is the one I look forward to most every week! Sarah is a font of knowledge, her presentation is personal and her information is extremely helpful. Sarah’s guests are always interesting and I always enjoy Arthur’s point of view.

    Inspiring
I live in the southeast of the United States in a small town outside of Atlanta. I am a creative, an illustrator of children’s fairytales. Having rather recently purchased a small new home with an HOA, I knew I would be so depressed if I didn’t begin designing gardens to surround this home. Listening to you & Arthur as well your guests was such a tonic whilst working under a sweltering summer sun. I felt as if I were being transported to England. Thank you so very much for your embroidering together cogent gardening information with esthetics and beauty.

Wonderful podcast to listen while gardening
As an avid Arthur fan, I started listening to this podcast when it first came out. I’m an estate gardener and love to listen while working- it’s like having good friends talking while you weed. The podcast inspired me to create a jewel garden in my home garden and I’m obsessed with Sarah’s and Arthur’s color schemes, really exploring bold colors in a way I didn’t feel comfortable doing before. I love this podcast and I heartily encourage others to give it a go.

    Love but -
Great info. Love the way Sarah talks about flowers and the guests she brings on but she really seems to have it out for Americans and as a listener in the states it’s a bit off-putting. We’re not all that bad, Sarah! Some of us are trying really hard.

The best gardening podcast out there… even for US listeners
I listen to a lot of podcasts, especially gardening podcasts. This is by far my favorite, even though I’m in the US and some of the specifics are a bit different here. A wealth of info, wonderful delivery, fascinating guests and there’s a strong focus on sustainability in a very inclusive and encouraging way. I actually think to myself every week, “oh yay, it’s Thursday! Another episode of GCEA!”

    Talk too fast.
Sounds like compressed speech. Very distracting and irritating.

    Fabulous Gardening Podcast
I’ve been enjoying this new podcast over the past couple of weeks. I listen to a ton of gardening podcasts and I really like the angle this one takes — focusing on edibles and ornamentals and the recipes provided sound delicious! Thank you from over here in the US.

    Love
So happy to hear these two and have them in house advising and chatting. Completely inspiring and informative.

    Brilliant!
What a brilliant idea of having a glossary of terms episode before the regular podcast episodes! All terms you hear being tossed around in many gardening podcasts, are ALL explained. Nice to now be “in-the-know”!
