This podcast brings such a wealth of knowledge to the table, especially for young people like me. There are so many young baristas with dreams of starting our own shops someday, and this podcast provides so much raw data and accuracy that help understand the market and dissect what it would really take to make it in this business. I appreciate what you guys are doing, especially for the young entrepreneurs. Keep up the good work!

Always trying something new / earnest
Jesse is a great host (he’s been recently a guest on BBC) and is always pushing outside his comfort zone to bring us new perspectives and information on all things coffee. Really enjoying his updates from return to conferences!

    A shower of information
The guest on this podcast are awesome with years of experience in the coffee market. There insights and opinions on the show are priceless. The podcast does a good job of balancing issues and working with the guest to try and find solutions. Cheers love it!

Frustrated with the hosts’ presentation of the information.
I wanted to love this podcast because of the information, which is great. But became so frustrated because I couldn’t even listen to it due to the hosts inability to stop adding words like “kind of” and “you know” to almost every other sentence. It was driving me crazy. Things either are or they aren’t, adding “kind of” to half of your sentences is ridiculous. I mean, do you know enough about coffee to do a podcast on it or not? “Kind of!” 🙄 And as far as “you know” goes. If I knew, I wouldn’t be listening to the podcast!

Great Start For Someone Entering the World of Coffee
I’ve become somewhat obsessed with making good coffee at home recently and I was looking for a podcast that can teach me all about the world of coffee. The Coffee Podcast does just that. I’ve learned about brewing methods, origins, coffee roasters and sustainability programs, all by simply listening to interesting people have interesting conversations. It’s helped me learn all about the world of coffee and has motivated me to start venturing out and asking questions of my own in my local community. I highly recommend listening, as Jesse does a great job engaging his guests and generating new content.

Deep dive into the world of coffee
Enjoying this series that explores the wide world of coffee. Have made it through episode 97 so far and looking forward to catching up on more recent episodes. Gotta say that episode 97 was one of, if not the best of the series to date in my listens. Keep the shows dripping into my iPhone.

    I miss Wes
Great podcast, but Jesse hasn't been producing regularly since Wes left the podcast. I hope he returns from active duty to school us all on coffee! Recent episodes are more knowledgeable, more educational, I feel like I get more out of it now, but I really miss the old chemistry.

A home brewer's favorite podcast on coffee
I always get up early on Friday mornings—because a new episode from the coffee podcast will be on air. As a 9-month coffee novice, I find their conversation well thought out, conveying easy-to-understand concepts. Their topics cover the whole coffee chain, and I have become much more appreciative of the cup of Joe in my hands. Other than the content, Wes and Jesse also take good care of the sound quality. They maintain appropriate and constant distance from it, and speak very clearly. On top of that, they make scenario-matching background music, which really brings the podcast to the next level. I always feel the urge to pour some beans into my hopper when their podcast starts with the sound of the "bean flow."

    Making specialty coffee approachable
Weston and Jesse really do a great job at talking about specialty coffee in a way that makes it much less daunting for the beginner, and helps professions recognize when they are being too pretentious about their craft. The podcast are always a good balance of coffee knowledge and enjoyable thought-provoking conversation. Their personalities carry through to their social media as well. They are great at replying quickly to any comments and questions. I love that these guys aren't afraid to tackle any coffee topic from as much of an unbiased perspective as possible. Even the horrible Kopi Luwak. If you're new to the podcast, it's definitely worth starting from the beginning. Keep it up dudes!

    Loving these conversations
This podcast is so great. Both of these men approach coffee with humility and transparency. Their conversations are very insightful. As a person who is starting a micro roasting business, they offer so many things to think about as I start my career in coffee. I hope they continue with being genuine in their approach. The fact that they want to put people first and use coffee as their language (as they say) is exactly what this industry needs. Thank you men for having a voice that is loving and powerful in coffee. Would love to connect some how! I'll find you on the instagrams or twitters.

Great way to learn about coffee
I found the podcast very informative and also entertaining at times. These guys did a good job adding cool sound effects as well as some background music. I really valued the basic to complex topics they managed to explain for the amateur coffee enthusiast.
