I’ve been listening to this show for a long time. Past hosts had an interview format and I learned a lot from those discussions. Dave took over and went to his normal caller format which makes it sound like all his other shows. Good advice but definitely not the same type of content. They added commercials too. If you are a Dave fan, you will probably like it but if you are looking to hear and explore differing ideas and perspectives, you should probably look elsewhere.

Back in September 2023 I left my teaching job to start a cleaning business. I’m a single mom of 3 and the advice Dave gives are golden! Thank you! The process is quite difficult but being able to listen to the advice you give encourages me to keep on going. This is for my children’s future! I have found my “why”. 💛 Thank you!

Dave was concerned about his 12\2\24 show running long, I prefer them kind of shows where he is working through a problem, right in front of us. Compared to the people that just call to brag about how good they’re doing, I tune out when that happens. Thank you for your support.

I have been in my own business for over 40 years I only WISH I had this great information way back when I started. Life would have been so much better.

Mostly useful podcast and Dave is usually balanced in his view and advice given, but I just listened to the Feb 12 2024 episode and he misunderstood a caller's business and when, and then went off the rails on a rant. Get it together Dave. I'm surprised they kept this call in the show.

I just discovered this podcast a few weeks ago, but I’ve been listening to The Ramsey Show for a while. I appreciate the leadership advice. I’m not a business owner anymore because the long Covid shutdowns in my state shut our previous business down, but if we ever start one again I’ll be able to do a better job lowering our risk following Dave’s plan. This podcast is chock full of his snappy one liners. My favorite one that I heard today was “Facebook marketing is skipping down the yellow brick Road holding you in a basket”. I think there are more Dave-isms on this podcast than the Ramsey show, which makes it worth it all on its own. My tween and teen daughters also listen because they’re stuck in the car with me and they chuckle at his lines too. My 11 year old said the other day while Dave was complaining about congress, “Dave Ramsey should run for president”. I love it!

I loved your show and content because it wasn't political, it was empowering and emphasized self growth, your recent interviews have been disappointing. You have lost me and what made you special.

Real world business advice. Interesting scenarios that every business leader can learn from.

I wish this was an everyday show or at least more than one a week.

I really love Dave Ramsey but when he goes off on politics, it’s such a turn off. Some of the thing she says are so annoying for me as a former democrat. This is a business show.

This is my favorite podcast from the Ramsey Solutions team (also the most relevant to me). I am so glad to hear from Dave about some of the trials that he has endured in his business ventures. He makes it feel like it’s possible for me to grow and develop my business into something even greater tomorrow. I admire Dave’s good heart and his care for his job and the difference he is making in the world. Dave makes plenty of money and could have retired years ago and taken it “easy”. Instead, he shows up, works hard, and cares about helping other people including small businesses. Thanks Dave!

I used to think the topic of entrée leadership did not apply to me. But after 11 years in business, this podcast has been such an eye-opener!

I really enjoy this show. But to be better, it’s missing something… insight and collaboration with other business owners. The old version of Entreleadership was solely focused on other business owners and leaders. The new Entreleadership is solely focused on Ramsey. I would love to see a hybrid where Dave talks with other owners (almost like the labor convo wit Rowe). With all due respect, this feels too central like Dave alone has everything figured out and is more focused on selling Ramsey products than the pursuit of pure wisdom. I’ll continue to listen, but the old version was more shareable.

You can just tell Dave loves doing this, in my opinion, it sounds like he loves doing it more than The Ramsey Show. I would say his business advice is debatably better than his financial advice, and he’s really good at providing a clear plan to callers.

Please bring back the old host. One of the things that attracted me about this podcast was how the team was empowered to lead through hosting. I can listen to Dave Ramsey on multiple platforms if I choose. It’s more impactful for me to hear the philosophies of business from his team. I probably won’t listen or recommend like I used to. I’m very disappointed. This has been my favorite business podcast. The other host don’t dominate the conversation. They bring good balance and allow the guest speakers to be heard. Thank you for considering my thoughts!
