Cyndy89Out of control in the best way!I LOVE these three personalities together. They are so funny and spunky. I love the subjects, the discussions, and the tangents that end in “anyway! Back to ….” I’m hooked

RJC-FNPYears of FUN LearningI am a newly graduated Family Nurse Practitioner entering the workforce in the Integrative Medicine setting. I attribute my interest and desire to pursue functional medicine to my exposure at a young age to the original THM tome ;) as well as 5+ years of listening to this podcast. Thank you for your content. I guarantee you are pouring into current and future healthcare workers, of which I am one!

Man in the WildernessThe ultimate health podcast!!Pearl and Serene’s vast knowledge of food health and spiritual wellness is incredible… they have a way of connecting the science of health and the ancient wisdom of the Bible into the ultimate go-to guide for moms, and families (and even dads). Here’s to the best, most entertaining podcast out there!

KaritsbeeFun and RelaxedI love how the Mamas (and Danny!) bring wisdom and truth, but in a fun way! Although I don’t agree with absolutely EVERYTHING that THM says is law, this eating lifestyle has revolutionized how I feed and steward my body! I also really appreciate how Serene and Pearl are willing to be Biblical and that they come from a Biblical perspective as well. They are encouraging…even to those who struggle to stay on plan…and they don’t jump on the modern health-trend bandwagons.

trimmomSold out to big pharma!I have been a long time follower of THM and this podcast. I have referred so many friends to this lifestyle. However, I can no longer do so with a good conscience. If would have told me 5, 10, or 13 years ago that Serene and Pearl would be jumping on the big pharmaceutical bandwagon I never would would’ve believed it. I have held my piece until I can no longer hold it. I am saddened to see the sisters sell out their concern for natural health and healing that God outlined in the Bible for a weight loss drug! Look elsewhere if you want a healthier approach to the standard American diet. All you get here these days is a commercial for weight loss products.

HugoasaBeen blessed by this podcast for yearsI always appreciate the information the sisters have to share! I also appreciate the way they approach it. Very positively and always with a “glass half full” kind of view on things. I am a young mom and would love some more insight on health while you’re young. Sometimes they stick more to post menopausal things. Appreciate this podcast

DfromtexasShow notes- bee venom- need to know moreI really learn so much from your podcast! Thank you for being vulnerable and sharing all your tips with us on food, exercise, health, relationships and so much more. I usually listen when I’m in the car so I’m not able to take notes. I don’t see show notes. Is there a place to see those? I’m especially interested in more information on the bee venom. Thank you!

LeahsingsalotAll the "inappropriate" thingsI love this podcast so much! I am a health nerd and love to geek out on the science, but the "prepubescent" jokes and rabbit trails speak life into me! I literally only came to write a review because they talked about negative reviews and they need to know that there are those of us out here that love and appreciate all they bring. I'm sure there are thousands of very serious health podcasts the haters can go listen to. So please go there instead and leave us to our bathroom humor!

KelbadiahLove everything about itI have no qualms about rabbit trails, y’all speak straight to my ADHD brain and I love it! Would love to hear a podcast on hospitality. As a young married couple, my husband and I host youth events often, and we are always buying crappy cheap food because that’s what they like. Where do I find the balance with this? I would love to promote a healthy lifestyle and show them good food can taste good, but how do I do that in a way they will accept and that won’t spend my entire grocery budget on one event? Maybe some recipe ideas? Or just some encouragement about encouraging others in a hospitable way. I love food and I want people to enjoy it at my house. And I know THM is enjoyable but people who don’t know that will always compare it to food that isn’t so great and then I will not be the hostess with the mostess 🙈 Is this pride?! Help!

Highlight portionsˈlü-ˌsēn leucineThrilled that you are discussing bioidentical HRT! It took me forever to know what you were talking about when you said “luchine”. You might want to have Danny tell the audience what the American pronunciation for this amino acid is, so we know what you’re talking about😉
