I came across this podcast via an Instagram post. I listen to the episode advertised, and I loved it. An open and honest conversation and the host is finding her limits in real time and but not shying away from them. I look forward to hearing more!

I’m so grateful for Thea and all of the guests she has had on her podcast so far!! I feel like I’ve learned so much in such a short amount of time and it’s helped to release some deep seeded shame and guilt and all of those icky feelings that come up around sex and pleasure.
