    I love Thursdays!
I can’t wait to do my morning Thursday walk with Ashlie in my ears! Thank you for always bringing real and valuable content to fellow women and moms just out here trying to do our best.

    Ashlie is amazing
Ashlie is amazing and she inspires me allll the time. I cannot stand reading these negative comments! I’m hoping she doesn’t read them- they aren’t even close to correct.

    Insightful
I love Ashlie, her authenticity and commitment to bettering herself and helping others do the same! I resonate so much with the way Ashlie thinks and feels and listening helps me to put things into perspective. One thing that she said that has helped me so much is by framing thought as “this is happening FOR me”. Thanks Ashlie! Truly enjoy the podcast and YOU!

    Hard pass
Something seems off here. She’s hard to follow and talks circles

    I tired…
Wish I would of read reviews prior. I tried to follow her but she tends to be a bit manic. Figure aI had better gain some insight on the person giving out life advice. I went to her IG page where my heart broke from some of her reels in regards to how she “parents”. Then being a sucker for punishment I googled her only to be led down the rabbit hole of Reddit. This lady has no fans (or friends) and if 50% of things I read are true, then there is a true danger for her to be giving advice.

    It’s okay
I've tuned in to this podcast occasionally over the past few months. She gives decent advice, but what bothers me is how frequently she discusses eating/weight problems, making it seem like everyone should have body issues.
  • hater-rater
    Nope
If I could give zero stars, I would. Ashlie is the last person anyone, struggling or not, should be taking advice from. She has no qualifications but a pretend certificate from a pretend school. She should not be doling out advice to anyone when she is mentally & emotionally struggling herself. She has a drinking problem and needs intense therapy. She treats her children terribly. She’s emotionally and mentally abusive. Please save yourself and pick another podcast and DO NOT TAKE HER “ADVICE”. She’s a scammer.

    Yikes.
Holy cringeworthy. That story about her daughter and basically ignoring/invalidating a 6 year old’s feelings, abandoning her and making her feel responsible for her grown mother’s feelings was gross. Seems the podcast title should be “How to be a Narcissist”.
  • Donurleg
    Scammer alert
Ashlie is the queen of outsourcing everything. She also scams women for a living. She is a failed life coach who should not be giving anyone advice on anything. She is not qualified at all. Everything she says is stolen info. Do not heed her advice.

You will better yourself by listening to this podcast!
I’ve followed Ashlie for years and always enjoy everything she ever offers but I truly believe this side of her is the most genuine and important side she shares. Ashlie is so uniquely in tune with herself and the more she learns about herself the more she’s able to teach us about own own self reflection. I’ve always benefited from every episode from this podcast and I truly feel more in touch with myself and more self aware after listening to each show. She’s truly one of a kind with so much to offer the world and if your lucky enough to be able to listen to her I would highly recommend taking the time to absorb the knowledge she is sharing! Also if you ever want a good laugh she has another podcast she does with her best friend Col called “you can sip with us” and it’s very fun, playful and an easy listen!

Ashlie- WOW! You just had me in tears with your latest episode Growing Keeps Me Going. A friend of mine just sent it to me to listen and you were literally speaking to ME. Like you were in my head. This is me and everything I once was, everything I am now, everything I’ve preached for years now and the current life path I’m following! THANK YOU so much for the inspiring words. I have so much respect and admiration after just one episode. I’ll see you on the inside! 🫶🏼 Pam

    AUTHENTIC!
I have followed Ashlie on social media and off for years and her evolution has inspired me in my own life beyond measure. I absolutely love how much she emphasizes working on yourself to truly better your own life. I have had a few therapists over the years and they haven’t helped teach me a fraction of what Ashlie has with the Insource podcast. She is a breath of fresh air from transitional therapy and she is truly changing people’s lives. I’m here for it! Get it girl.

    A breath of fresh air
I love Ashlie so much. She has hit some nerves on my thinking & makes me lean in. I have been told I am “too” this or that for years. I put myself in a box on the expense of others. No more! Ashlie podcast & content has been a big influence on me 🖤

    Obsessed!
I have followed Ashlie for years and i’m obsessed with this podcast. I always feel emotional after listening and motivated to do the work. I wish it was longer than 20-30 minutes! I’ve never been big on podcasts but I can’t wait to listen every Thursday! I love that Ashlie is always striving to learn and grow and willing to give us the tools to do the same. 💕

    The real deal
Ashlie is the real deal! I love the You Can Sip With Us podcast she has with her bestie, so I knew I’d love this one as well! I love how her mind works and how she gets my brain thinking too. Even if you don’t agree with everything or see it the same way, she gives you a fresh perspective to think about and the info in this podcast can almost always relate to an issue in my own life in some way or another and reminds me of how to approach what I think from an open minded and logical standpoint. Keep up the great work Ash!

    Good topic
I enjoyed the podcast and there's was a lot of good info. Unfortunately, when she kept saying "right" and "like" it was very distracting. If you can get past that,it was good.

    Learning to love myself!
I have listen to almost every episode of this podcast and this one has resonated with me the most. With tears in my eyes I felt as though she was speaking directly towards me. Thank you.

    So thankful for this podcast!!
As a 21 yo woman whose struggled with anxiety my whole life, listening to the podcast has helped me so much. Ever since I was about 14 I had been realizing so many of these things you talk about in your podcast about ways to help yourself. It’s crazy to me after years of knowing so much of this stuff I still have a hard time believing the best of myself but listening to your podcast gives me ways to make sure that I can actually do that for myself. I can’t thank you enough for doing the work that you do and having the courage, strength and faith to do it♥️so much love

    Life changing advice!
I’ve been following Ashlie for years now and what I’ve learned from her is truly life changing. Each episode is shockingly relatable and I always leave feeling so much more empowered over my thoughts and my life. She definitely has that special “it” factor. I can’t put my finger on it but mark my words, this gal is going places and I’m staying on this train all the way to soak up all the amazing things she has to teach! If you’re ready to take control over the thoughts you think and start loving yourself (even if it’s just baby steps) take a listen. You won’t regret it.

    Mind blown weekly! 🤯
Ashlie gives nuggets of gold weekly -if you are not tuning in, WHY? I find this so helpful/informative and there has not been an episode that has not moved/sparked me in some way or made me think ‘huh, that’s me’ and drives me to want to explore further in what she triggered in my thoughts. 💜🔥thank you!l for delivering this to us!

    Great Episode
This episode was really good. It really made me think. I was intrigued by the “child choosing us” and it does help us as parents give ourselves grace. I love that we live in the world of podcasts where we can learn from other people’s experiences and knowledge.

Great recent episode, Ash! Needed that. Thank you!

    Every episode
Every episode speaks to me. It’s like she’s in my head and knows exactly what I need to work on. I feel like I’m getting free life coaching.
  • DizzyLynn67
    Best Podcast!
Every episode gives us a different way to view our life’s struggles and events. Ashlie may not be a counselor but her insight is priceless! This is a must listen every week!

    Unsubscribed
Terrible advice it seems. Lost me when giving a story of a woman’s child hood trauma was her father praising her. Trauma is overused & negates real childhood trauma. Couldn’t unsubscribe fast enough!

    Love
Love, love this podcast. I had recently starting listening to my first ever podcast on similar material (someone who was a life coach and had training through the life coach school as well). However, I really feel like I relate so much more with Ashlie and I love the way she presents the information! It is helping me see areas of my life that I need to work on and even how to do it! Thanks so much for all your info and hard work! Please don’t stop!!

Do what makes you feel good!
I really enjoy this podcast and especially loved the one about intentional eating. This is what I strive to achieve on a daily basis as well as teach through my own cooking class career and to my Tiny Kitchen cooking club community. Thanks for the inspo Ashlie!

Just wanted to share how much I love your podcast. I listened to 3 hours straight Sunday. Just what I needed. You were meant to do this. And we’re grateful for your voice, your insights, and keeping it real. Thank you.
  • Priest NP
    I wanted to love it.
I have been following Ashlie on social media for years, so I am at least aware of her past ups and downs that she has shared. I am mostly going to keep my thoughts on the podcast content and creator to myself, but as a throughly educated and experienced doctoral level psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner when she said “there is no such thing as past trauma” in episode 2 or 3 I was done. Because the wrong person hearing those words could lead to devastation in their lives. I give the 1-3 episodes I listened to 2 stars because I genuinely do think she is coming from a place of good in her own personal growth and might have just a little positive information to provide, but overall I believe her to be in a state of Hypomania/Mania (over talkative, increased energy, and grandiosity, ECT) and she is using this podcast as an outlet for herself. I am quite positive This is a great outlet for her, but could potentially be a disaster for others depending on their personal situation. I write this review honestly not to be negative toward Ashlie or her podcast , but to warn listeners to take the information with a grain of salt.
