AG University is so insightful and inspiring! I’ve learned so much!

I listened to this episode today and when you started by saying your phone buzzed at 5:55, I knew that was a sign for me to tune in and pay attention. Wow! You delivered the message!! You’re a decade younger than me, but wise beyond your years!! I truly loved this episode and feel so excited rolling into this new week! I’ve planted the seeds, time to watch them grow!

I manifested about a huge decision. Asked for a sign and by minute 27 of episode 73 I got my sign…a turtle! Love you and all your episodes.

Don’t waste your time with this podcast. Anna Grace is a liar, scammer, grifter who makes unsubstantiated health claims. This podcast deserves a warning label about will make you lose brain cells.

I’ve been listening since the beginning and there hasn’t been a single episode that hasn’t resonated with me. AG is such a positive ray of sunshine with SO much good advice and wisdom. 💛💛💛

I just started this podcast but I find it both interesting and calming. The podcast feels like a really safe place to be.

To say I’m obsessed with this podcast is an understatement! Since a friend told me about Anna grace I’ve been binging every episode (sometimes listening twice!) and have sent it to so many people, I feel like AG is so practical with her approach to things that sometimes feel a little out there and since listening I feel like it’s opened me up to so many spiritual experiences! I’ve started talking my guides and getting messages that are spot on! I am feeling so empowered to be my most authentic spiritual self! If you’re looking for someone that feels like your wiser older sister, and also your supportive best friend, Anna Grace is your girl. The first time I clicked to listen to an episode I had no idea what I was in for. My life has truly changed (for the better) and I’ve grown so much, personally and spiritually, since adding Anna Grace’s podcast into my toolkit. After going through my own setbacks due to alcohol and listening to AG’s 1 year of sobriety episode, I am now alcohol-free and have never felt better not only physically mentally, but I feel much more at home in my body and much more connected to my higher self and my spiritual gifts. One of the many things that Anna Grace has taught me is to always be a student, always be curious and never stop learning! Anna Grace is truly an ANGEL and makes me feel so welcome, inspired, and encouraged! I’ve also found it’s really important to me that she makes everything she talks about tangible and possible for anyone. She doesn’t just talk about her gifts and leave you feeling hopeless and like you’ll never be able to do it. She’ll leave you talking outloud and having a conversation with yourself, speaking affirmations and words of encouragement to yourself. I feel like if I hit up her dms and asked “hey, would you be down to chat about nothing but also everything for a min?” she would reply and say something like “let’s do it queen.” I cannot recommend this podcast more. If you’re wanting to learn tangible and easily digestible techniques and information, you’re in the right place! I’m so glad I randomly stumbled upon the AG university podcast and decided to click on it a few months ago. Looking back, I know it was for a reason I felt the urge to listen!

Anna Grace - I feel like I just had an out of body experience listening to your podcast about healing your relationship with food and your body. I don't even know where to begin. But I'll start here. THE HUMMINGBIRD!!!! OMG! The hummingbird is my sign. I already had this supernatural draw to THIS particular podcast episode but I found myself feeling like maybe I wasn't ready to listen. Then the hummingbird came along and was like, "wake the F up!!! You have to listen to this like your life depends on it." Every. Single. Thing. You talked about feeling. 😭 Please continue putting out this sort of content. It is SO needed. Seeing your on the other side of it is so very inspiring. Thank you, AG!

“Radical transformation happens through the lens of observation.” YES! While I’m technically old enough to be her mom, Anna Grace has taught me so much. I recently radically transformed my life: mind (retired from corporate America), body (lost 50 lbs, and manifested my dream body), and soul (found my purpose) at 48 years old! This is the way full stop. I’m walking proof. AG’s content has been a consistent tool in my toolkit, and I’m so grateful she exists. She’s truly been a guiding light, and I can’t wait to see what else she does.

I’ve been following you on Instagram for a while now. Initially when you were doing the fashion stuff back in 2020 still, I don’t know why I decided to follow you because you’re so much younger and our fashion likes are just a bit different, but I loved your energy. So when you started sharing your spiritual stuff it clicked why I started to follow you. I too have been on my own spiritual awakening journey. Much different then yours in most ways but your messages and your stories on this podcast resonate so deeply. I’m kinda mad at myself for waiting so long to start listening. I’ve been telling myself since you started this that I needed to listen to it…. But of course I waited until I was down in the dumps to start my self help journey again. Thank you for sharing your journey and all your gifts. You are one of a kind AG. It’s very inspiring and I’m hoping to find my again path soon.

I’d been following AG for a while and already loved her so when I saw she was starting a podcast I knew it was going to be nothing short of amazing! When I first started listening I was borderline atheist. I’m not kidding when I say this podcast has single handedly changed my ENTIRE outlook on religion/spirituality and really just life in general! I tell everyone about it because more people need to hear what she has to say!! I’ve purchased a couple of her courses as well and those are equally as helpful/educational as the podcast if not more. AG is such a light in this world and I’m so so grateful I found her, we need more people like this🫶💕🧚

I came to your podcast from Probably Shannon! Whom I also adore! But I need to tell you how you’ve changed my path! I wish you could feel what I’m feeling but since you can’t! I’ll try to explain in words. I was destined to find you. I’m going through a trying time in life right now. I’ve been at my job for 20+ years. And I’m only 40!! I started 3 months out of high school and just kept moving up. It’s an incredibly stressful industry. Supply chain! And I’m in International air and ocean imports. I truly expected that if I could make it in this industry through the pandemic then I’m golden….unfortunately I feel like I’m seeing the place I thought I would retire from implode. But that’s just a smidgen of what I feel brought me to you! You’ve opened my eyes to a deeper perspective of life. I’ve always felt chained to this job because I feel I’ll never be able to make as much money somewhere else. But lately I’ve started to try and put my mental health and my peace of mind first. And I realize. Money comes and money goes. I’m open to a new chapter but I feel lost. I feel I need to know my true purpose. I’m a Pisces and I’m an empath. I feel other humans’ energy and happiness and pain. And I love to serve and help people however I can. And at 40 years old as of March 1st 2023 - I feel so angry everyday at the job where I feel no appreciation. I need guidance and I am open to receive it from you!
