    deep rest at last
Most guided meditations don’t work for me. Ayla Nova’s yoga nidra is different. The speed and tone are just beautiful. Present, kind, and real. I’ve been returning for repeat listens on the regular. So grateful for this beautiful practice—and the fact that it’s uninterrupted by ads.

I truly appreciate all your beautiful work. Your podcast has been a life saver for me . Since I have found this podcast no other meditation comes close. As someone who has been dealing with tremendous amount of loss and tragedy in the past 10 years , I have dealt with years of insomnia. Listening to your voice is absolutely soothing. Wishing you lots of blessings and continued success. Much love Maya

    Powerful and authentic healing
I love these yoga nidra sessions. Soulful and authentic. Her voice is soothing and her themes are powerful and healing—no woo-woo here. Just a healer who has been through some dark times sharing some light and love. Thank you

    Just one suggestion…
Thank you so much Ayla, I absolutely love your Yoga Nidra practices. There’s just one thing — can you please pronounce the Sanskrit words you’re using (nidra, Hari, sankalpa, etc) correctly? It makes me hesitate to share these practices with friends because it gives a sense of lack of respect for the practice we’re doing here.

    My favorite Yoga Nidra app!
I’ve tried several apps for Yoga Nidra, her voice and pace are the most calming I’ve found and allow me to stop my brain from wandering around. I love it!

    I Can’t Live Without This
I learned about this practice through Dr. Huberman’s podcasts about NSDR (Non Sleep Deep Rest) with Yoga Nidra. After years (basically my entire 28 years of life) of anxiety, insomnia, depression, MANY undiagnosed autoimmune conditions; now SS, POTS, MCAS, EDS, CFS/ME, chronic pain, dysautonomia, ADHD, a trauma survivor, and more… I’ve found “my person” through this podcast to help me combat these conditions, the stress and ups and downs, radically accept where I am, begin to heal, and truly see improvements with my sleep and mental health. I love that just about every coping mechanism you learn in various types of therapies and stress management, plus teaching nervous system regulation in non sleep and sleeping states is in this practice. It’s incredibly healing, I truly could not cope or have hope without this podcast. It’s become a ritual 2-3 times a day, and my psychiatrist and providers are pleased. In 1 month committing 3 hours daily, I have been able to be proud of my progress, and it’s noticeable for me and all around me. This isn’t “woo hoo” (or demonic if you’re a Christian thinking this is sinful- it’s not; make this YOUR practice) or like any other practice as one might assume at first. It is an evidence based practice, with studies to back this up, that WILL change your brain, your mind, your entire being and your life. Commit to this every day- I love the 1 hour sessions (it’s like 4 hours of sleep)- and you’ll see how empowering it is. I love that she shares her personal stories too overcoming cancer with this practice. I love that her voice is so soothing, so gentle, with words that are empathetic, compassionate and thoughtful; it’s what you needed to hear your whole life and maybe never did. She teaches you from start to finish. And no matter where you are in your journey, it’s for you. If you have no idea what deep rest, peace, love, acceptance, and joy is for yourself, within yourself, and for others; if you don’t know that healing feels like- just listen to this podcast. It’ll change your life. Your Friend, Rachel.

    Like having a personal angel
Suffering with Long Covid has encouraged me to go outside of the box for healing modalities. If you are struggling in any way: physically, mentally, or both--Ayla Nova's sublime podcast can help. This is not woo-woo fluff, this is a deeply calming authentic practice. Highly recommended. Jonathan A., Santa Fe

Ayla Nova is my perimenopause sleep solution
I’ve been an avid practitioner of yoga nidra for over a decade. I practiced daily to manage the symptoms when I had Covid, and to heal my body through and post covid. now, as I an turning the corner on 50, and experiencing 3am wake-ups daily, I simply put on Ayla Nova’s practice and it either puts me back to sleep, or rests my nervous system enough that I don’t feel tired the next day. Since I started with Ayla Nova, I have not felt tired a single day. Rather, I feel vibrant every single day. I’ve practiced with dozens of other yoga nidra teachers. Ayla Nova is the best BY FAR!

    Love this podcast
I fast forward through the ads at the beginning and then set the sleep timer to end when the current episode ends to avoid listening to the ads. I love Ayla’s voice. This podcast has helped me with insomnia. ❤️🙏🏽❤️

    Yoga Nidra Artistry
I am transported and transformed with each practice. Thank you for sharing your creations!

    Best body scan!
In some episodes the soundscape drowns out the voice. I’m wondering if the body awareness could be lengthened occasionally so the process avoids emotional activation. This teacher clearly has mastery of Yoga Nidra instruction and a wonderful voice to transmit the message to deliver deep calm and healing. Thank you A month later and I am even happier with the podcasts than when I began. The detail and creativity of the body scan transports me to deep connection with my inner world.. Ayla’s voice is deepening and opening. The music is in perfect balance. Thank you!

These casino games are WILDER THAN EVER.
  • Outmana
Blasting casino adds are terrible. About the abandon this cast
Otherwise.. Last time- never again will I let you lame commercials blast me out of my dedication. Totally lame

    Get rid of ads
As others have mentioned, the ads take away from the deep relaxing experience of the yoga nidra meditations. The meditations and host are wonderful though.
  • Aubree Moon
really great except for the jarring ads
need the regulating meditation just for the dysregulation from the ads at the beginning
  • Bella092311
The ads ruin the lovely experience
This is a wonderful Yoga Nidra experience, but prepare to be shocked awake with stress in every cell of your body, with obnoxious, ultra loud ads, at the end of the experience. It is mind-boggling how the creator of this podcast, or the producer, feels this is appropriate after helping someone to drift off into a peaceful sleep. Please put all your ads at the beginning.
  • Pete.in.dc
    Horrible
Loud adverts at the beginning AND the end of the session. What a rude way to end - totally kills the point of the podcast.
