Just finished the Van Lathan episode. Someone who I’ve been a fan of and just became more a fan of. The discourse they had on a number of topics was respectful and shined a light on a number of things people really never thought of when it comes to media and how topics and subjects are handled. Honestly one of the best episodes of any podcast I’ve heard in awhile.

The discussions of their vulnerabilities and struggles of life and how they’ve persevered but still have work to do was something I haven’t heard from a sports pod before but grateful I got to hear it Keep doin your thing Iman and Ari

I know this show is geared towards men but I thoroughly enjoy the wisdom and insight that the cast brings. It helps me lead my own household more mindfully and I appreciate that, looking forward to season two
