I discuss fitness, running and sports and the role it plays on families and individuals, mental health on fitness, coaching, and overall running topics. When I started my running program I was combining my passion for running with my passion for helping empower children and I’m here to share all my thoughts.

    This podcast was recommended by a friend who is a runner. I am not a runner, or an athlete, and I barely ever do any fitness activities BUT I love the podcast and find many of the topics very relevant from the perspective of motivation, mental health and general struggles of being a human. Keep the new episodes coming, I look forward to them.

    Tori does such a fantastic job at discussing topics, including nutrition and mental health, that are vital for any young athlete. Whilst this podcast is aimed primarily at runners, anyone listening would benefit from the tips and advice in this podcast.
