Great coverage, however, all the “umms” by Jenn is very distracting…. She doesn’t have the “natural flow” in story telling/podcasting REQUIRES.

Two days after Trump crushes the economy, you guys are dying to push a Murdaugh story back in the spotlight. It’s possible that you two know there is no response that doesn’t further strain your credibility. I have no problem with this if you didn’t advertise your programming as honest and fair.

Interesting news facts and good unbiased research, but I became too distracted counting how many times Jen says, “Umm.”

There are haters and let them hate. I truly enjoy the podcast even though I live in Texas. Introduced by Murdaugh trial and continue to follow. No complaints here. Also honestly as far as a podcast goes it could use a whole lot of polish. I love your podcast, Will…. But, stop gushing about Jen Wood. She’s inarticulate and need to lose the accent and the barking dog. Feature Dillon more. He can at least complete a sentence and a thought without saying “ I mean”. I’m sure she’s a fine person… seriously think about keeping her as your research person but not on the air. Your content is great, but consider some new people for the delivery. This review apparently was not posted when I wrote it… so, fortunately, I can add to it. I was listening to the April Month in Review. Callie Lyons was not “ breaking up” from the listeners end when Jen Wood took over the report. Read the transcript and count how many times she says “ I mean” and “yup”. Wow. Is this AP style? Hurry back Will!!!!!

Love the show. The dislike of Nikki Haley is evident in this show. Wish you all were less biased - the idea of a Trump win in the general election is extremely worrisome. Also, you seemed to misjudge the outcome of the Murdaugh new trial effort. Maybe listen a little to the MMP podcast.

Began to listen during the Murdaugh trial. However then podcast is so engaging I continue to follow. Murdaugh, Becky Hill, SC judicial review and Nikki Haley.. all catnip for the masses. Excellent work and long may it continue

When are you going to comment on your alleged background with N. Haley? All those personal tabloid stories you came out with years ago are going come back to bite you in the credibility department.

I wish I could listen to the journalism and take the partisan politics out of Will and force feed it back to him. Add to that his reported misogyny and then the orange ring around his mouth and it becomes too much. Way too much. Look…there is some real journalism floating in and around FITSNews, but should you really visit a zoo where the Trumpanzee through poo at you all the time? If Will is dumb enough to inject worship for Cheeto Jesus into what should be an informational podcast, you just have to say “no”. Truth without bias, thanks

I really loved this podcast episode until the Becky Hill drama unfolded. Jen Wood’s thinly veiled delight in being able to report negatively about the Clerk of Courts is difficult to listen to. Wil always seems to be very professional and unbiased. Dylan stays very centrist in his reporting. I would love to know the personal background conflict between Jen and Becky…is it a man, a job, or something else??

The content and research is great but it’s hard to listen to the podcast because everyone is talking so slow and disjointed (especially Jennifer) as you are thinking what you are trying not to say as you are saying it. This isn’t a on the fly live newscast- it’s a podcast- please do your research and say what you are going to say. It’s like Jen is being deposed and she is trying not to incriminate herself but this is a PODCAST. Edit if you need to but for goodness sake- talk normall

Volume is too low on the host voice - I have listened to all podcasts since the beginning - but this is annoying

I listened to two episodes but it hurt my brain how dumb these two are. I completely understand why you guys have the backwoods judicial system you have. You have morons like this looking into the problems!

I listened to some coverage of recent Murdaugh news and thought it was good; then, the host switched to other news. Instead of reporting he went into left field saying Biden dictates what main stream media says. Lost all creditability. That was nuts! Conspiracy theories are not news nor is our media government run. To say otherwise is irresponsible and untrue.

Not sure why but this is the second time that I have attempted to listen to an episode only to have it stop suddenly and fail to restart regardless of my internet status, data connections. Tried multiple fixes. Any remedy to this issue?

I’m from OH but I got into this podcast during the Murdaugh trial. And I love his 2 co reporters Mandy and Liz. My daughter has a summer house in Hilton Head, so now I can keep her informed on what’s going on down there.

Too dry. Also, Peterson has been asked and told NOT to talk about the Stephen Smith case by the family. He was NOT hired by Sandy and has been clearly told to back off and to not speak publicly about this case. He is irrelevant. Possible ties to Murdaugh family through lawyer that hired him originally. This is well known. Why would you still interview him? Why does he continue to insert himself? Bizarre.

The obesity epidemic ignores the growing disordered eating epidemic. The advice about your conscience related to COVID masking is infuriating. Will doesn’t know what he doesn’t know. Ask new and far-reaching questions-not just what you believe.

I have been an avid listener for about a year but your promotion of anti-mask and or vaccines cannot be tolerated. I will not listen to you anymore. Thank you for the work that you did to expose corruption but I’m done. Anti mask or vaccine is right wing propaganda. I had several close friends and my step-father die from Covid and you want to promote not using masks? Come on. Done

Some good content but the childish behavior of Will Folks on Twitter has completely turned me off from listening to anything by Fits News. Also lacks objectivity.

I enjoy listening to Will. Being a local I always find the show’s news interesting and informative. I love that Fits goes after stories that other news outlets ignore. I’m sure Jenn Is a great reporter and skilled at research, but her delivery on this podcast is dull and boring. I can hardly listen to the most intriguing news because she almost puts me to sleep. A successful podcast requires energized, entertaining vocal delivery as well as interesting storylines and that is the missing component here!

I think on the cheer scandal info on age of consent in these states is an important detail. We want to push kids to make life altering choices at 10 but then ignore the laws of age of consent. Our society doesn’t protect the young in any situation

Will Folks, Dylan Nolan, Jenn Wood plus all their support personnel 5 stars. I listen all the way from Hawaii they are so good. I don’t always agree with every point of view but I respect the honesty and their right to have a different opinion and want to hear it. Their “open mike” approach shows they feel the same and want the truth above all else. Isn’t that was government lawmakers used to be too isn’t of all or nothing. I wish we had people like this covering news in Hawaii because before listening to what is going on in South Carolina and more specifically Hampton County I thought Hawaii consistently had the most corruption in the USA with endless bribes, scandals and stealing of public $.

I have to laugh every time you try to hang the Murdaughs around the necks of democrats. At every turn. In a corrupt state run by corrupt republicans you feel the need to continually drag Biden into this, democrats as a whole and its no wonder Mandy and Liz fled this place, your priorities are disingenuous. Came for the Murdaugh update- very good podcast

I’ve been a faithful listener because it’s true journalism. I honestly thought that journalism was a thing of the past. It’s one thing to produce an editorial. Opinion. It’s quite another to dig, commit, research, verify, and keep digging. The facts are what they are but these days who the heck even knows the definition of the word Fact?! Fits News. They do. I’m a self proclaimed Fits News addict. And I will not stop listening. I need my fix.

Dylan fills in and can’t pronounce Alex Murdochs name correctly after working for the foremost news organization to report on him. A bit annoying.

Entertaining and informative weekly debriefing on important matters going on in SC. Enjoy the easy listening to and from work. Really impressed with how Fits shows no mercy in their unique reporting and very ahead of their time in the south. Lucky to have them and nice to see they are branching out with a podcast now. Keep up the strong work on the show Will, Liz and Dylan!
