A Moment Of Weakless

Self-care isn't easy. It requires doing hard things. Being uncomfortable is mandatory. It's not for the weak. And it's not for the fragile. But that's okay. We don't mind. Because we are Weakless.

Beat yourself up a new way
It was promising at first - remove your negative self talk about your body and how you look. Use mindfulness to hear the messages you give yourself. Look for facts over opinions in the self talk. All good. Then comes: “your body is pathetic. Don’t listen to it.” Nope. My body wasn’t taken care of by me. I regret that. And the body is wise and will lead me to health and wellness is I DO listen to it - and also listen to the fear of my inner child. She is not pathetic, she is afraid. You were closer than most fitness podcasts. But missed the mark. I appreciate you are trying, and please realize your lack of education on the psychology of embodiment, and the psychology of the inner child is harmful. Be well.

    Another great Jason Seib podcast
I have followed Jason for many many years. I love his work and his way of thinking. Sometimes I wish the podcasts were longer (I do love hearing the rants!). I appreciate Jason taking time to help us all feel better and thrive. Sometimes we need a little tough love.

    You WANT to be WEAKLESS
It sounds funny, but it’s true. Jason always says it like it is… sometimes its hard to hear at first, but deep down, you know he speaks the truth. And once you get your head wrapped around the concepts, things actually get easier… not because they are easy, but because you WANT to do them for yourself. Seriously, if you want true CHANGE in health… with Jason is the place to be!
