SKALDIAKAMJust listen already! My husband found this podcast for me since we’ve been trying to conceive. In his words, “oh this is exactly where you’re at in this process. It’s perfect for you”, and he wasn’t wrong. I absolutely love it! Just when I think “that was educational, but I wish some of these questions were answered”, she answers them or has a guest who does on a future episode. It’s so informative and has really made me look at trying to conceive in a better light. Whether you’re trying to conceive, thinking about it, or are pregnant already, you won’t regret listening to Nora’s podcast. It’s my favorite thing to listen to while I’m cooking because I learn so much instead of just throwing on a tv show in the background like I used to. Keep doing this podcast Nora! ❤️

Sas0524TTC journey & pregnancy!I’ve listened to each episode Nora posts. I’ve gotten more useful tips from these episodes than at most doctor appointments. Nora’s perception of the process and calming patience during each episode helps me refocus and RELAX during this puzzling time TTC. UPDATE! After 2 years of TTC and IUI, I am pregnant! I can now use the tools I learned from Nora to carry me through an informed and empowered pregnancy!

GF🙂Awesome for those preparing to TTC!I found Nora through the Fertility Friday podcast. It was so great to hear someone coming from the pre conception perspective as I’ve been preparing my body for the last two years. This info and education is so very needed and sometimes challenging to find if you aren’t actively TTC.

CarolACucuA must-listen for anyone considering TTC!I found Nora last year (2021) and was so happy to learn she launched this podcast because it was exactly what I needed to not only learn about preconception health, but my cycle and body. There’s such a huge gap in educating women about our own bodies and our cycles and my planning heart is just grateful that a podcast like this exists to learn more!
-
Samiam402So helpfulI stumbled across Nora on social media and am very glad that I did. If you’re like me you have no idea what you’re doing in preparing for a pregnancy, with having such little information/guidance on what to do from medical providers. Nora’s podcast is a wealth of information and has made the unknown world of preparing-for-pregnancy so much easier, she has invaluable information for hopeful mothers trying to conceive!
