    This is audio from the old show Who the Bleep did I Marry that ran from 2010 to end of 2017 so be prepared to be offended by the salaciousness and for bad puns. Also, the narrator isn’t as I have seen in other reviews.

    Robotic host but overall good content
    I feel like the host voice is a disjointed cross between computer generation and AI. The stories are good, sometimes the splicing of conversation is hard to follow with some of the victims but an overall good podcast.

    This a really fun topic and the format and pace is good. The narrator’s cringe inducing campy style is a bit insulting to the traumatic topic.

    I didn’t mind the narrator or sounds, it was similar to the show. The life events were represented well and many were shocking. I wish there were more episodes.

    I think this show is great! They should include the pet and children, they mention in the show but don’t say at the end of the show what happened to them. Also the narrator could dial it down a bit she over exaggerates her words…

    Imagine the narrator as Joan Callamezzo from Parks and Rec. If it’s not meant to be funny, I can only assume she’s insane.

    Pretty entertaining, although narrator could speak more naturally. No reason to speak to us with such exaggerated artificiality. This is not the news or story time with kindergartners.

    The stories are heartfelt, enthralling and devastating — five stars. The narrator’s voice is obnoxiously over dramatic and tone deaf. Some stories are particularly horrific, and the cartoonish tone of the narrator takes away from the gravity of the situations and is incredibly disrespectful to the victims. one star.

    I don’t understand why this podcast only has 3.9 stars. It’s entertaining, fun & well produced with an articulate host. It’s the ID show on a podcast. The subject matter is interesting & all about relationship train wrecks….I can’t get enough!

    Narration is well detailed and spoken in a delightful voice. I enjoy using my imagination while listening it helps to pass the time and make me not feel so alone.

    I know of this show because of the OWD drama club. They definitely did this show a favor! This podcast is abysmal. It might be better on TV. The narrator's voice is annoying. She sounds too amateurish and artificial, and I don't understand the point of having reenactment actors when you have the actual people to tell the stories. Also, the timing of the ads is ridiculous. An ad will literally interrupt the narrator not mid-sentence, mid-word!

    I totally agree with the other reviewer. With podcast the narrator’s voice is everything. She over-exaggerates her voice which makes it sound phony. It reminds me of sex chat lines from way back when. She needs to tone it down since she does have a pleasant voice.

    Oh my goodness! What is up with this voice?? The stories are all really, fairly good, but the narrators voice is so cringe worthy I have to stop listening. Justo ugh, It’s the worst.

    I like the show but I feel the last few episodes the editing is awful, the show is completely out of order 🤷‍♀️

    It’s basically just the TV show audio. However the last two episodes have been jumbled. The show “ends” then all the sudden there is a random bit that should have been in the middle. The story had a huge hole where that bit actually belonged. It’s too bad, because I really enjoyed the first few episodes. If they fixed that I’d give it a higher rating.

    Maybe as an elevator announcer , a childrens book narrator or a dating game host ( maybe ) but for true crime stories - it’s just wrong . Can’t take it. Content seems good.

    The most recent episode audio is out of order, was super confused - thought she got back together with her narcissistic arsonist husband. I agree with other reviews that the narrators voice is super distracting and often sounds like she’s making fun of the victims.

    Everything the narrator says sounds like satire which is very disrespectful to the victims. It’s really bizarre and confusing. Stories are good so please find a new narrator to do them justice.
