Awful

If the show isn’t hosted by Saul Goodman or anyone that can speak, then Mike should always have a guest so he doesn’t trip over his own words so much. “Not ooooonly does blah blah blah” is a phrase I believe Mike learned to use when he can’t think of anything to say, but he abuses it and never thinks of anything to say. The uhhhhhhh and ummmmm turns fans off, edit that out & save our time. Mike also loves to dish out criticism on the players ( his job ) but he gets offended when anyone has the nerve to criticize him. It’s constructive Mike. #saulgoodman to host!!

Iron Mike Luke has a great show and is my sole source for arizona sports podcasting. Sure he's quirky with his "right there"s but his quirks lighten the mood and remind one that the entire purpose of following our alma mater is to enjoy a slice of our youth. The banter is great, the ads are short. I'm backing the A -- let's add # BTMFA to BTFD.

Mike is a witty goofball who grows on you. Fun to listen too. He baffles you most of the time with his absentmindedness, but Backs the A all the time. Very entertaining with great guests. His middle name is Circle K. Listen and you will know why.

Bear Down and Back The A

I like this show a lot but Mike saying “right there” over and over again is starting to bug me a little.

Mike and guests do a wonderful job covering Arizona Basketball, Football and Women’s Basketball. Such a great show and fun to listen to some of the ol 1290 AM guys. I will always Back The A and Back PHNX!

Not a lot of content or insight. Just kind of restating obvious. opening theme song is horrendous and way too long. Sometimes can’t skip over it. Good guests from time to time

Love logging on right after u of a wins for the live streams! Mike highlights history of the program through players and tradition and holds the future up through analysis and talks and recruiting. Great add reader too by the way.

Really, just an extended commercial for draft kings. The podcaster interjects his own opinions about football and basketball. Absolutely no insight will be gained by listening. I gave it a shot for about two months then said to myself, "what am I doing?"

Mike is one of the most knowledgeable fans of Arizona basketball out there. He has great guests and always backs the A. Bear Down!

Take a shot everytime Mike mentions Lute Olsen. The man’s a legend and we all love him but join us in the present my man.

Having to sit through endless Mike Schuster blathering sessions was bad enough, but I was willing to grind through it because I wanted some Cats content. Now, this is an easy unsubscribe decision.

Mike is an excellent, well-informed host, and he really does a great job with his guests. A must-listen for U of A sports fans!

I listen daily, as Mike keeps me coming back for more. I am a die hard for UofA sports and this is the best source in podcast form. Can’t recommend it enough!

Mike is the man. This show is the best U of A coverage and it’s not even close.

No secret that football season was rough, but this pod always kept it fun while still keeping it real. Now basketball is here and and its only up from here!
