Turning on their podcast every week feels like I’m hanging out with my pals who just happened to get into some cool research over the last week. Spencer and Madison are fun, engaging and down to earth. I was so bummed when I got caught up.

I freakin love these two. They may not know it, but we’re actually a trio of besties in my mind lol they have me laughing soooo hard EVERY episode without fail. I recently had a baby and haven’t listened to my podcasts in forever so now I finally have a whole bunch to catch up on! Don’t let the cute upbeat theme song fool you ! This podcast is extremely well researched . Especially Spencer’s research. Next, these two are idiots ! I love them so much . When they loose it and laugh…….i laugh, and very hard . I love this podcast ! Also….the book is great too . These two mesh together so good ! They are great ! This is my go to make me laugh podcast, yet it is very smart ! Can be gross and morbid but that’s fun too !

I was at my local bookstore in Florida 😂 when I stumbled upon The Big Hot Book of death and I got curious so I started listening to the podcast from the beginning and I freaking LOVE IT! From the mutual hate that we share for Henry VIII to the crazy stories and interesting facts you guys share this has become my favorite podcast. And Madison’s laugh is the cherry on top to this amazing show lol. 🤍

I love this podcast Spencer and Madison have a unique bond that makes a really good listen I feel like I’m hanging out with two of my best friends and we’re just talking about our morbid interest. I listen to them while I’m working and they make my day fly by so fast. I wish they would put out more episodes because I can’t get enough!!! I was here from cult liter and I remember when they first started I didn’t think I would like another co host, but it grew on me honestly and I’m so glad. Madison is the best! She’s hilarious and talented. I love her enthusiasm and passion. I have learned a lot about death and death related circumstances. They have gave me a good view on how to handle death. I adore this duo! They are so cute to listen to! They bring humor and an appropriate amount of vulgarity to the tricky topic of death! Their California adventures are so fun to picture as I sit in middle-of-nowhere Michigan! Madison and Spencer are the friends you didn’t know you needed!

Found this because that’s spooky got me into the morbid network and I needed something lighthearted but still morbid and this show is so delightfully unhinged and their laughter is contagious. Love it.

Have loved Cult Liter, so tried this one. So funny and fun. Find myself smiling the whole time--because there's nothing to cheer you up like obituaries and dumb criminals. Spencer and Madison are like hanging out with the wackiest friends. The obits are snarky, funny, and also often touching. The dumb criminals are so damned ridiculous. Thank you for making my days brighter and making me LOL.

Hi there just listening to it’s a bugs life and wanted to let you know that it’s tonic water that contains quinine, which is the ingredient that can treat malaria. The only reason I know this is because I am allergic to quinine and cannot tonic water, hopefully I don’t get malaria anytime soon! Love ya do, some someday you’ll do a show in the Midwest!
