A really good informational almost foxy series and the biggest names,events, and themes of ECW, a passion project that has a uniqueness fun style in the podcast community, I love the interviews and the stories all wrapping up a great episode, wish there where more, please make more!!!

The First Season of Extreme conversations has been pretty epic. My favorite episode is obviously the Balls Mahoney episode. Listening to Brian’s take and interviews into the past of ECW are must Listen. I imagine there could be a part two. Something to remember Always carry a Spork. I hope we get an episode on the Terry Funk vs. Sabu barbe wire match. When’s the Broski episode since he’s and “”ECW original”” Jk. Excited for the next season. Balls!! Balls!! Balls!!

Finally a definitive ECW podcast. This is the start of Brian’s love letter to ECW and it’s only the beginning. Brian and Mark knock it out of the park with these interviews and some of the legends they get are absolutely unreal!! There’s no other podcast that could get this lineup of ECW legends and have them talk so candidly about their time in ECW and give you some awesome stories from behind the scenes. As a huge ECW fan Brian got me back into rebuying all the ECW figures a few years ago and I once again own them all including the no noose New Jack and a MOC Ring set and now I get the gift of this podcast. Brian and Mark do an amazing job with this podcast. I really enjoy revisiting ECW and listening to the interviews of the stars who participated in this awesome wrestling company! You can hear the love and passion that Brian has for ECW in these podcasts. If you’re an ECW fan like me, this podcast is a must listen!!

Of all the new podcasts I listened to this year, this one truly stood out the most. Hearing many of the ECW originals discuss such an impactful time in their careers was awesome. Whether it was the episode on Balls Mahoney, the PPVs, Dreamer, the Music, or the bonus figures episode, the free flowing conversations about each topic really stands out as you can see the impact this era had on everyone. It has inspired me to go back and binge as much ECW as I can and start a signed ECW figure collection. I am anxiously awaiting season 2 and hope someday, we get a live show, ideally at the 2300 Arena. E-C-Dub! E-C-Dub! E-C-Dub!

Love the concept and presentation of this podcast. It certainly brings back memories of the hardcore era. I hope there is more!

Not being able to sleep one night as a preteen and happening upon Chris Jericho vs. Taz on a random channel at 2 am I became hooked on the land of extreme. These conversations are great as Brian is a true fan and it feels like a wonderful time remembering a great time in our lives. I so appreciate the time and effort put in this and if you loved the hardcore stylings on the corner of Swanson and Ritner, this is the podcast for you.

I’m just about finished listening to the Heatwave 2000 episode for the second time. I had forgotten how crazy of a night that was. It was so interesting to hear the perspectives of some of the people that were there that night. I hadn’t thought about that stuff in a long time and it’s so great being able to reminisce on my favorite period in wrestling.

As someone who got into wwecw when i was in middle school . It’s so cool to hear all the story’s straight from the people who where involved with the og ecw as I was 4 when they went out of Business. Thank you guys for putting this out for all the fans.

I was 14 when I discovered ECW on vacation with my Family, everyone was asleep and at 1 am I here Joey Styles tell me that Shane Douglas is going to battle 2 Cold Scorpio. I WAS HOOKED!!!!!! Honestly that’s why I love this podcast. Bryan is a successful pro wrestler, but when he talks about ECW his sheer love for the company comes through. A must listen for any ECW fan.

I grew up with ECW as a huge part of my early wrestling fandom. 20 years later, Brian Meyers relives the classic memories through the eyes of those who lived through them. Great stories from those superstars who were there! So many books and DVDs have glazed over Ecw as a whole, but this podcast digs deep into people, ppvs and even the music that made ECW a part of our lives. Thank you to Mark and Brian and the entire Major Family to bring these episodes to us. Can’t wait for Matt to come up with a WWECW Major Conversations for season 2!

What a great podcast. Brings back so many great memories and we get to hear all the behind the scenes stories of what was going on.

This is what I wanted in an ECW podcast. People there telling the stories known and unknown. You know Brian’s love of ECW is very deep, so much so he got me to start getting the ECW figs I wanted so bad as a kid!

This is one of the most entertaining podcasts I have listened to. Brian does an amazing job interviewing these extreme guests and it’s a great listen. If you enjoy ECW then you will enjoy this!
