    Fascinating
I enjoy this podcast so much. This is the podcast I share the most with friends. It’s a serious show about how the mind works and different ways to access the mind’s ability to heal and beyond.

    Loving this pod!
I really enjoy listening to the different guests and LOVE learning stuff. It’s hard to find a good podcast with someone of the tribe lol! The chemistry between hosts is lovely.

Hormone replacement therapy - for everyone?
The recent show with Dr. Mary Claire Haver presents HRT as the miracle treatment everyone should try… indeed, I learned all about the wonderful pros - but what about the cons? I’m thinking about all the women who have been told this treatment is too risky - for example, because they have a genetic predisposition to blood clots. I found the episdode to be lacking nuanced, complete, useful information for those of us who have been told we are not candidates for HRT.

    Educational !
I LOVE you Mayim! You are such a good influence to the world ❤️. I’ve never missed an episode. I work in a warehouse that requires little interaction with others, so I’m a big podcast listener. I am a very slow learner, I don’t have an education past high school. The best thing about my job is that, I get to listen to lots of podcasts for 10 hrs straight- 4 days a week. You are one of the many I have learned so much from and I am so thankful to have that access for free, as I do not make a lot of money. Please try to bring on gut health professionals, James & Dahlia Marin from -married to health- please! Would be so much fun for you to interview them bc I know you are a vegan who cares about gut health just like me. Would be so great for you to help them spread their knowledge! Also please try to bring on Chelsea Devantez from Glamorous Trash podcast. If you don’t already know, it’s a Celebrity Memoir Podcast where she covers a different female celeb memoir each episode. I know you are a feminist and care about trauma and whatnot so I think it would make an incredible interview. Chelsea also has her own memoir out. I know you like memoirs too bc you’ve interviewed celebs about their own memoirs. Which by the way, where is your memoir Mayim ?!?!?!

    Listen, Learn, Love.
Unlike other podcasts, this one is not cursory. She actually “breaks it down” in a thorough manner, where you’re not only entertained, stimulated, and learning; but you walk away with knowledge that can be further explored.

    Awesome show
Thanks for being an advocate for women and discuss many issues such as menopause. Really appreciate it.

    I Actually Like It
My favorite thing is how eager they are to just toss in words that don't make sense but sound smart... like, "having good sex is great because um... something, something uh... neural pathways?"

    My favorite podcast
As an adult, this has been my favorite podcast. I love listening to it on my runs, walks, drives, long trips… sometimes I allow myself the luxury of listening to this podcast while cleaning! I love this podcast so much- Mayim and Jonathan have taught me so much and have very similar science based and yet spiritual beliefs as I do. It’s so fun building upon what I know and combining it with what they and their guests know. Love hearing their stories. Miss Mayim’s mom!

    What happened?
Absolutely love this open minded informative show. Huge Mayim fan, but this latest episode about bird flu, why did Mayim seem so defensive/annoyed? I almost felt uncomfortable for their guest, who was very lovely, seemed like Mayim really disliked her or the info lol I don’t know what happened? Other than that, love all the shows so far.

    Love it!
Where has this podcast been all of my life! I LOVE the combo of spirituality and science. So good. So informative. I look forward to seeing what each week’s topic will be.

    Disappointed
I have listened to and enjoyed your podcast many times. In listening to the episode with Mary Claire Haver. I was disappointed to hear you disparage Kaiser Permanente. As a Kaiser patient, I have many fine doctors they deserve better than your offhanded comment about your subpar hair because your dad was a public school teacher. Do better.

    Mayim interrupts too much
I wanted to listen to the menopause excerpt but felt the list was cutting her off mid sentence too many times so I stopped listening out of annoyance. Stop interrupting. Ask thoughtful questions and don’t volunteer the data your guest hosts are there to share, like a know-it-all. We want to listen to guests, not hosts.

    Love it!
One of the best pod casts in my opinion. Wide range of topics and interviews. Super emotionally intelligent conversations, plenty of scientific knowledge as well. Great place to learn.

    Woo Woo
Was excited about this podcast but it ultimately is a light-touch approach to most topics. Filled with magical thinking and woo-woo astrological jibber jabber. Crazy mental acrobatics to squeeze it all into a “scientific” framework.

Easily one of my favorite podcasts
I absolutely love listening to Mayim and Jonathan converse with their guests. They are thoughtful, funny, open-minded, and curious which is the perfect combo for my ears. The guests - especially lately - have been so interesting and thought provoking. The talk with Martha Beck was incredible, as was Mel Robbins.

    Absolute game changer
This past episode with Mel Robbins was ABSOLUTELY one of the best I have listened to. The conversation was so much more than just Mel talking about her book. I am now realizing these past two years of therapy have been teaching me the “Let Them” theory. This podcast broke it down into easy understandable applications. I was almost in tears the last 15 minutes as you discussed staying a bad relationship or letting go of control with our children. That was MY life. And learning to Let Them ( as young adults is so so so hard) is slowly changing our relationship for the better. And I hope are tools they will learn now so they can parent with them one day. This is one o will be thinking on for awhile because the nuggets of wisdom are so so good. Thank you Thank You Thank you for this episode

    Love your podcast
I'm a fan of Lisa Miller. It's especially nice to hear after you've also interviewed Jill Bolte Taylor. But I love all your episodes. I enjoy the differing points of view of Mayim and Jonathan. Love you guys.

    Intellectually stimulating
Thank you. I enjoy having topics explained and clarified for me so thoroughly and with such kindness and compassion. The spy guy was very helpful . I believe the parents must be held accountable for their children’s’ behavior in regards to gun violence. Who brought the gun into the home and did not lock it away? Don’t have children if you are unable to care for them and apply some rules and punishment. This may need to be looked on a case by case basis but when the parent indirectly caused injury or death through their negligence they should be held liable IMHO.

    A Boomer’s perspective
OMG. WOW. As a huge fan of Mayim's, who let’s say struggles a lot with my mental health, I found this podcast on YouTube and cannot say enough good things about it. Mayim is incredible and I have to give a huge shout out to Jonathan Cohen, her co host and boyfriend. From amazing guests to incredibly significant subject matter, this one’s got it going on! I admittedly spend way too much screen time per day, even though Covid isn’t raging (as much anyway) and this is, hands down, the most POSITIVE thing I watch. Particularly enjoyed Cheyenne Jackson’s, John Ross Bowie and Simon Helberg's episodes, did I miss Jim Parsons? I will say that every time I attempt to sign up, I get an error message for her email newsletter. Undoubtedly because I have an .aol address. Even though I was born in 1960 and I think she said she was born in 72 or 75, I’m gonna ask, will you be my mom? Also, what is the black graphic t shirt Jonathan frequently wears with the corners of a rectangle?

    Astrology Episode
I think this episode could’ve been better if you weren’t trying so hard to put down your cohost. You often associated him with negative words and tried putting him down and offered rude comments about him even speaking. Your guests were uncomfortably laughing and coming to his defense, meaning (lol) they also assumed you were attacking him in a mean spirited way. The topic was interesting and a bit squashed by your need to be condescending to your cohost.

    This is the best Podcast
The mix of scientific, spiritual and just plain human topics are incredible. These are the kind of conversations that need to available! Thank you and please keep pod casting!!

Too many “you know” when speaking
Very good podcast but Mayim says “you know” so often that it is distracting.

I find the show really valuable, but the music is going to actually cause me to have a breakdown.

    Review and suggestion
I enjoy the thoughtful, research driven, and timely content on the podcast. You also thread the needle by making it playful and light at times due to the perfect combination of Mayim and Jonathan. I have a topic suggestion. I would like to have a show centered around addiction. To hear about Nuerons, synapses, dopamine levels and hemispheres of brain affected. Then have that meshed to not just substance addiction but also phone and internet addiction by teenagers - how it affects young minds vs old minds.

A little less negativity toward men- please
Mayim, I have watched you since Blossom. You emotionally and intellectually line up with my views. But you gotta stop with the under the table negative comments about men. Yes, you are correct about many ways men are frustrating. But….sometimes I feel you are throwing them all under the bus. Case in point- Jonathan is a good man and he has important questions. (most of the guest on the podcast are too) You often put your questions to the guest first, then Jonathan talks next. You have two boys who I can tell you love very much. If they listen to the podcast I hope the the negativity regarding men doesn’t affect them.

    Love the show, however…
I love the show, always been a big fan of hers, and I appreciate the constant selection of diverse topics and guests. But the number of ads is just overwhelming for me as a listener. I skip them, so it’s not the end of the world, but it keeps me from leaving a five star review instead of a three. I know sponsors are important, and I get it, but it’s still a lot.

    Inspiration 4 my Recovery
I started listening a few months ago and have enjoyed every episode since! Great information, cut guests too much
I really enjoy the information and guests, but the host cuts them all the time, very impatient and border to being impolite.

    Thank you
I’ve been listening to your podcast for a couple months now. Currently I am working through your old podcasts and was absolutely fascinated by the episode you had with Steve Hassan. I was so interested in what he had to say I listened to a bit of his podcast as well. Specifically one he did with Steve Daily on the prophet of the SDA church. I grew up in the SDA church and left in my twenties always feeling something was wrong. I never looked more into it after leaving. The interview he did with Daily was eye opening and answered a lot of questions. Thank you for having such an intriguing and insightful podcast. Also for leading me unanswered questions about the church I grew up in. Thank you for all you do; I look forward to every episode.

    Disappointing.
Please be so careful about perpetuating the stereotype that c-sections are the easy way out. I had an emergency c-section with my first and will have a scheduled one with my second. It was certainly not for the convenience factor of being able to schedule it on a calendar. C-Sections are HARD, please don’t encourage the portion of the population who believe I took a shortcut.

    Love this
This episode was great. I would love to see Dr. Jon Connelly, the founder of rapid resolution therapy, on your podcast. He phenomenal at clearing trauma like sexual abuse in ONE session. It is fascinating to watch. The conversation between Myaim, Jonathan and Dr Connelly would be wonderful to hear!

    Smart, deep, yet lacking maturity
I found Mayik through her interview with Jewel, which I really enjoyed. Mayik is really smart and asks great questions generally. I find it very difficult however to stay engaged because of the excessive “ya know…” and “sort of…”. Sometimes multiple times in one sentence. These fillers make it so hard for me to listen. It makes her sound immature or insecure. I’d love to listen more because I really appreciate the vulnerable conversations she is creating!

    Disappointed first listen
I found Breakdown from Mayim’s Guest episode on another podcast and I was excited to listen to her podcast for the first time. halfway through the Holly Madison interview, I could not believe how uncomfortable Mayim sounded not to mention her juvenile tone asking Holly questions. Especially someone that seems inclusive of all women from all backgrounds, all I could hear was an insecure little girl asking the questions. Mayim’s partner was a much needed relief who seemed more professional, and non-judgmental in the few questions he was able to ask. Holly‘s journey was her journey and I’m sure has been scrutinized for decades from judgmental women and the interview space just didn’t seem very supportive.

    My go to Podcast!!!
I’ve always been a huge fan of Mayim Bialik and when I heard she had a podcast I subscribed immediately! A year an a half later this podcast continues to enrich my life. The latest episode on Ozempic was heaven sent because I am about to start Zepbound for weigh loss. I’ve listened to it twice now and the information was amazing. I’m going on the drug for sure, but I do it with a lot more information thanks to this podcast. Many other shows have been spot on in my life. I love Mayim and Jonathan so much. They make a wonderful team and I want to thank them for how they have helped me through the years!!
