The best mix of running and travel!
Many other running podcasts never even bring up where runners are from and I always wonder so I immediately loved this idea. It’s such a fun mix of running content and travel. I love to run new places so this podcast has me daydreaming! I am going back and listening to all episodes because it’s THAT good :) They’re all different and unique. I love Natalie and Jerold’s casual friendly style, they make you feel like we’re all friends.

As an American runner living outside of the US, this show makes me miss home (DC! Alexandria!) but also makes my travel list longer. I love back to back episodes for long runs.

    A podcast for runners!
It was definitely great hearing Ryan’s story on his transition from being a competitive distance runner to a new life in the weight room, leaving the distance Runner bod in the past lol. I can definitely relate to that journey. Very insightful podcast
