Great listen when you only have ten minutes or so
I love this podcast. Amie’s advice is compelling and always makes me laugh (bonus!). I don’t have time to sit down and listen to lengthy podcast so this series is GREAT for when I have ten minutes to sit with a cup of tea and have a quick listen. Can’t wait for season 2.

I’ll admit, I’m a big fan of Amie Kaufman and have been looking forward to this podcast for a while, so my review might be a just a tiny bit biased. Still, I genuinely think that this podcast is off to a strong start! The episodes are short and sweet, but they’re full of helpful information. I would recommend them to writers of all levels, since the information will be new to some and a good reminder for others. Plus, Amie’s voice is very gentle and pleasant. Amie Kaufman tells how!
Author Amie Kaufman (Illuminae, Aurora Rising, Ice Wolves, and more) has won more awards for young adult fantasy writing than you can shake a stick at, and she is generously sharing tips for how to write creatively. Her bite-size podcast is just right - mentoring without being pedantic. And for these American ears, her Australian accent is charming and so very friendly.

    Love this show
There are only two episodes out so far but I really love the shows beginning. I’ve loved Amie’s books for years and the podcast does not depart from that. Amies voice is soothing and her words are carefully chosen and engaging. I am torn between loving the bite sized advice (I did listen to both on break from writing my thesis) and wishing she would talk to me for hours on end. But the podcast seems like it is going to be incredibly well throughout all the way through and helpful and interesting.
