    Absolutely love this podcast
I feel like I learn the truth about a variety of topics and it is my favorite podcast. I am a certified yoga teacher but I do not teach yet as I do not feel ready to teach so I am honing in on my own learning and practice before I move to teaching. This podcast helps me and I listen almost daily! Thank you.

    Best yoga education available!
I first thought of yoga as just another form of exercise, but thanks to this podcast (and others), I have learned that the asanas (poses) are only the most surface element of the practice of yoga. Many thanks to Arundhati for sharing her knowledge and for her excellent interviews with other knowledgeable practitioners of yoga!

    Great podcast for this beginner
I have only been doing yoga for about 9 months but I’m very intent on developing my practice. This podcast has been so helpful in giving advice, tips and philosophy. The yoga class format doesn’t allow for the in depth conversations that occur in this podcast. It has been a great help in my overall understanding of yoga in its various forms. I highly recommend subscribing for all aspiring yogis.

    This is an unbelievable resource.
Arundhati is sharing the most insightful conversations about Yoga. I especially value her concern for what her students learn, the roots of Yoga, and the realistic modern householder practices which help me show up on and off the mat each day. As a teacher myself, thank you.

Arundhati uses the platform to have really important conversations. As an aspiring asana/meditation teacher from a white American background. The experiences I have had with yoga has changed my life. I’m grateful to have found this podcast. I have more confidence that I can give the respect to the yoga path that it deserves.

Arundhati’s contemplations and conversations on yoga are so helpful. It’s especially (ironically) unique that she shares lessons from a personal, cultural, and linguistic perspective of someone raised in India. Thank you so much for the deep and digestible podcast!

    Truly amazing resource!
I can’t believe it took me so long to find this wonderful podcast! I’ve been teaching yoga for 11yrs and always wished more Indian teachers were at the centre to more trainings and conversations regarding modern yoga. I can’t say enough about Arundhati’s knowledge and the amazing guests she has on. I found the podcast through Vikram. I have so much respect for his views and knowledge so I knew that if he is a reoccurring guest then it must be good. I love every episode! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and insights!
