I like John and Billy, even when I don’t agree with their takes. It’s my opinion that production values are one way to demonstrate respect for your listeners, and I find that lacking here. Often, Billy is not using a professional mic, there doesn’t seem to be much editing, and the latest episode maybe wasn’t normalized and sounded way, way too soft. Had to turn volume to max just to be audible. I like the show, would love more consistent and organized content, and definitely would suggest spending a bit more time/effort/resources on the production. Thanks John and Billy for the show, hope you’ll receive this as constructive feedback, not negativity.

John and Billy understand football and put together an informative podcast that I am thankful for. I wish they would spend less time stating obvious things, talking about themselves and “what they’re just trying to do” as podcasters- it comes up every episode somehow.

Been a listening since y’all started. The most buttoned up and info rich panthers podcast. Real recognize real.

Panthers are my guilty pleasure and I listen to all of them. They all have their positives. But ROAR hands down has the best anaylsis. They are fair and have great break downs. This is the podcast that I stop what I am doing to listen to period. Keep Pounding guys!

Sometimes very valid critiques, but often unbalanced on the negative side. A balance of positive and negative analysis of the team would make the podcast better. The unbalanced critique of the team does not leave the listener with an accurate view of the overall team at times.

John Fox wasn’t a lame duck head coach in 2011. That was Rivera’s first season as head coach.

I smile every time I see a new episode. Billy and John have great analysis and just get it. One of my go to pods!

Complaining that the owner doesn’t give a press conference. Is that really important? Complaining about the coach not seen at Senior Bowl. Not necessary. It seems to me they look for nit picky stuff to complain about, preceded by “ I don’t mean to be critical “ During the season the interviews with analysts from the opposing team are usually great. Their opinion or break down on players is good information. It would be better in my opinion if they were far less critical about things that don’t really matter.

Billy and John are very good at analyzing the panthers in “tell it the way it is” approach. They aren’t afraid to tell you what’s wrong with the team. You learn something every week, especially when they bring in people who cover other teams. If you’re a panthers fan, this is a must listen.

Truly in depth analysis from competent understanding fellows. The truly unbiased commentary on this team is so refreshing and very informative. The best Carolina Panthers podcast on the market, and it’s not even close!

John and Billy are exactly what a fan wants, unbiased and well informed analysis on all things Carolina Panthers. They also seem to always have the top notch guests, like Bill Voth, Darin Gantt, Joe Person, Dane Brugler, etc ... This is a can’t miss podcast.

John and Billy do a great job breaking down everything Carolina panthers. From the personnel side of the things to the stuff that shows up on tape. You can tell both of these guys are very knowledgeable of the game and they have really good chemistry on the show. They’re in depth and do a good job hitting all things going on Carolina panthers. From great guests to film breakdowns both do it all and I recommend anyone this podcast and also to follow both of these guys on Twitter where they’re also great. One of my favorite podcasts out there. They’re not the lazy hot take podcasts, they backup what they say with facts and don’t just throw out stuff for likes, listens and clicks.

John and Billy tell it like it is. They feature in-depth, thoughtful analysis in every pod. You will learn something every time you listen!

I do have a question for Billy & John: How do y’all feel Sam Franklin has been playing? It seems he has done a great job in the secondary and in run support this year, especially for a rookie. Do you think he is a long term solution for the Panthers in the secondary?

I have been waiting for this since Missed Opportunities podcast ended. John and Billy are knowledgeable football guys and I like that they bring guests with even more football/Panthers knowledge. Also twice a week is awesome!
