Billie breaks down how to lose weight and have a positive mindset in an extremely doable way. I’ve tried too many diet plans to count, tracker macros and calories, and attended numerous exercise classes. Nothing worked. Billie provides basic habits that were easy to incorporate into my everyday life and reminds me that perfection isn’t the secret - it’s consistency. She helped lose weight in a simple manner and it wasn’t stressful as I only had to make easy changes and did not have to track every last detail of what I ate in my day. She uses concrete examples that I could incorporate into my everyday life. I can’t recommend this podcast enough!

writergirl362847Changed my eating habits JUST by listeningi NEVER write reviews but this woman deserves her praise. i have only been listening for about a month and have already dropped 10 pounds without a sweat because ive just changed my mindset thanks to Billie. the only way you can have lasting change is by changing your mindset and now its so easy. even if i slip up, its all a part of the process and its so easy to just get right back on track- no beating myself up. she shows you how to maintain a healthy lifestyle with ROOM TO MESS UP and get back on track. i used to binge eat, have horrible hormonal issues due to over eating, and had 0 food control, and now? there’s chocolates and chips sitting in my cabinet and i only ate like a couple yesterday because i didn’t feel like having much more, and now they’re sitting in my cabinet and i don’t even think about it. i’ll have them again whenever i want but i don’t want them right now. Billie taught me how to show up as my future self RIGHT NOW and how to have PEACE OF MIND about food and whatever rules we tell ourselves. as a byproduct i’ve been showing up so much more consistently and im already 10 lb down. i’m so excited for the next few months and i feel so confident going into summer with this new mindset. Thanks Billie!

I loved that I could get started right away. I have been leveling up my nutrition choices and working on how I talk to myself since last November. The results are showing up on the scale for sure (I’ve lost 12 lbs) but more importantly it is staying off!!! I’ve got that Healthy Girl Energy and it was easy and fun. After struggling with my weight since I was 5, I can’t believe this is my story. The reflective practices and empowering questions she shares are worth your time ~ give her a listen and get un-stuck!

Last fall, I signed up for the group coaching and it was worth every penny! Billie created a safe space for us to get specific about our day to day hurdles and took the time to break them all down. We learned how to tackle all of the underlying issues to address the root causes of our challenges. It’s not just a weight loss podcast- it’s a mental clarity, personal development, and female empowerment podcast. I never took the time to say THANK YOU, but I hope this suffices:) I still look forward to listening every week, and plan on implementing everything I’ve learned from you for a lifetime!

Steph DelMotivating podcast for my "HGWs"!I just recently discovered this pod while searching for something to listen to on my "hot girl walks" or as I like to call them "hot MOM walks". I wanted something that would keep me motivated and help me work on my mindset when it comes to loosing weight. I listened to a couple of Billies more recent episodes about vacationing and summer habits and I was hooked! Now I've gone back to episode 1 to start listening from the beginning. I have struggled with my weight for years and when I listened to episode 1 it totally changed my mindset-which I have now realized has been my BIGGEST problem. Over the past year I have lost almost 30lbs but still have a way to go and just since starting to listen to this podcast three weeks ago, I am down 4lbs and most importantly I have a TOTALLY different outlook on weight loss/goals. Highly recommend! <3

Luckily I found this one! BB is an awesome life coach and with her advise I’ve actually started to loose weight. I had previously been counting macros and calories and got so caught up with numbers that I lost the ability to actually just listen to my body so whenever I stopped counting I would back track on my progress. Traveljunkie250Not your standard weight loss podcastI was pleasantly surprised when I came across Ready to Lose. I am a health and diet enthusiast l, but have always struggled with nighttime eating and have been up and down the same 25 pounds throughout my life. I just couldn’t crack to code to why I was eating so much at night, ruining all of my gains. We’ll, if you are like me, listen to episode 105 “Stop Snacking at Night in 5 minutes.” It blew my mind. It made me realize the root cause of why I couldn’t get my nighttime eating under control. Now that I know, it’s so much easier to manage. In fact, since list Ning to that episode 3 weeks ago, I can honestly say, I haven’t had a problem with nighttime eating and I’m down 3 lbs. I can’t wait for each new episode to learn more.

ashleygraceb202This podcast is ahhhhh!!!Okay…as an avid podcast jumper, I’m extremely bad about listening to an episode and then on to the next. This one caught my attention immediately. It was topics I wanted to hear and lessons (very hard lessons) I needed to actually apply to my life and let me just say this podcast is for changing your life. After yo-yo dieting, losing tons of weight and hours in the gym back years ago, I thought I knew what to do to get the weight back off after having a baby but I was wrong. Nothing worked until I found help here and learned it’s my mind I need changing and how I talk to myself. Setting plans and keeping myself accountable. Being intentional is something I thought I was good at but I never realized how much I wasn’t actually being intentional until I planned and stuck to it. It’s hard work…this is not a get skinny quick gimmick. She is here to “coach” you through life and I’m so glad she is. Thank you for an amazing podcast and such a vibrant presence!! I would give 10 stars if I could!!

I was in a slump for a while because a couple guys in my class calculated my BMI (24.5) and told me I was on the verge of being overweight. So I started trying to go on a diet (keto) but started gaining weight instead and it made me want to quit. But this podcast helped me learn the best way to start and keep going.

Em_1376I’m so happy I found this Podcast!I have been listening to the Ready to Lose podcast for about a year and I can say it has been such a great tool to have at my fingertips! I have struggled with the diet circle and have lost weight but gained it back in the past. I admire this podcast because it not only helps with losing weight, but Billie teaches the fundamentals so that the weight can be kept off. I really appreciate Billies time and effort she puts into every episode—I learn so many things and can relate to a lot of what she speaks on. I have used lots of tools from her podcasts so far, such as, meal planning, exercise and movement, making small changes that lead to habits, making time, and so much more. It’s also so easy and fun to listen to! I mainly listen in my car but have listened at home during the workday. What I love about the podcast are the topics and how Billie presents them and offers examples and also speaks in a way I just “get”. I like the length of the episodes I can finish one usually between my morning and evening commute. Also, Billie is a pet person! And it makes me laugh sometimes when she mentions her cats running around in the background (cat mom of 2, over here). All in all, there are so many positive things I could say about this podcast. I remember coming across it one day looking for a mindful eating podcast I think, then I found Ready to Lose and have been listening ever since!

Billie is very insightful and great at being a coach (without actually having her face to face). I’ve implemented her 100 day goal and have even surpassed that. I’ve consistently been working out for 4 months now. I can happily say that I’ve finally found someone that helps me succeed in my goals by sharing ACTUAL tools/advice that helps you stick to your goals and plans. Billie makes some great points and suggestions, and really forces you to change our toxic thought processes about diet and weight loss. However, if you were to take a shot after every “right?” in just one episode, your liver would not know what hit it. Billie, you do NOT have to say “right?” after every point you make.

Billie gives out so much amazing information, advise, and the best part is that she keeps it 100% real! She isn’t trying to sell you something or trick you into reaching your goals.
