Edit: seems like the issue is fixed as now the older episodes are available to listen and download on Apple Podcasts! If you have an endless appetite for history like me, this podcast is excellent! They cover all sorts of eras, not just the Tudors, some excellent content on the Woodvilles and Wars of the Roses eras too. This podcast gets me through many long hours commuting and working at a warehouse All of your older episodes won’t play on Apple Podcasts, they say “episode unavailable” when you go to hit play. Please fix this! I can’t listen to the show until it’s fixed. I love the podcast but this is weird

Grateful to have found Carol Ann and her podcast to add to my voracious appetite for learning Tudors, royalty and more. I love too that these historians and experts are hosting each other on podcasts, lectures and more.

Great content. However, the host talks over guests. Slow down please.

Found this by accident and thought I would give it a try. The host has a bad habit of stopping and smacking/swallowing mid sentence. It’s so off putting when you are listening. I listening to two episodes and she did it in both the whole way through. Also, she speaks way too fast when telling the facts. Might be doing this because the episodes are so short and so she’s trying to get everything in but it doesn’t work.

I love anything involving kings and queens. I enjoy listening to this pod cast of that history

I popped in just for an episode while doing research on Anne Boleyn and fell for the podcast - head over heels. Joyful and entertaining! …makes me wish I had a long drive ahead of me!

Not British history, but English history. Almost zero content about Scotland or Wales in 120 + episodes

Oddly enough, I have only recently discovered the joys of listening to podcasts. I just never had thought much about them. In the last few months, I’ve been looking up my favorite subjects - and I discovered this podcast ! Love it! Carol gives the listener a really thorough history lesson—she does his homework!! And I absolutely love the topics! She puts a lot of thought and tons of great historical facts in these podcasts! I’m hooked!

She gives you lots of igreat interesting info in a fun, lively manner. I subscribe to a few Tutor & History Podcasts and this is one of my favorites. I actually heard her on another podcast (Tudor) and thought her interview was so great I went & downloaded her podcast. It's a keeper!

Love the show and its contents but because it’s dense with facts, names, and dates, I have a hard time following. Please slow down a bit!

This podcast is a fun way to learn more history. Carol Ann is engaging and knows a lot about the topics. Really glad I found this.

It is either that the format is so short (20 minutes0 or the topic too dense to tell in 20 mn, but this podcast, as a speed reading soliloquy of the hostess, fails to keep my attention. History is a dense topic, and trying to tell at full speed in 15 minutes British history in disparate bits and pieces is an insane enterprise. It is a podcast, so, yes, you can rewind, but..If I want to learn something- and not lose track of who is who- a book will do the job better -and just as dryly. Very sorry.

The best podcast channel for British history. Very fun and exciting. I struggle with paying attention to anything that’s non visual-this podcast keeps my attention the entire time. Love it.

Listening to this podcast makes history seem alive, her passion for the subject comes through and wraps you in it. She explains everything in easy to understand phrases and gives information as well as a unique perspective
