This show will be interview based, and our guests will include elite runners and athletes, top coaches, scientific experts, nutritionists, sports psychologists and health and well-being professionals. The podcast will be of great value to age-group athletes who can incorporate the learnings and insights from this show in their daily training and living. The show is hosted by Raj (Rajagopal Anapuzha) who is an accomplished age-group runner and coach, multiple times Boston Marathon Qualifier and a top 5 age-group finisher at Mumbai Marathon.

    Can't Get Enough
    Running and Fitness with Raj is an excellent podcast. Raj interviews many known runners, authors, coaches and people in medical fileds related to running etc. Great content always. But Raj also talks with average runners who have achieved much in running, that I never would have come across. I have found these talks to be even more fascinating. Raj is a teriffic host and interviewer, often going deeper into subjects to gain more insights. Many times he asks questions that I would have wanted to ask. His podcast is intelligent and pleasant and I really enjoy it.
