CinnamonTrollCULTureThe Sorority President We Conservatives Never Asked ForJust imagine a less iconic brunette Regina George, and you have the way Alex treats her own fans. If you can find episodes pre CULTure Apothecary days, those are worth the listen. Otherwise, save yourself the heartache of thinking you found a community of “likeminded” individuals. The second you all think for yourselves, you’re reminded of your band kid days back in high school. Maybe if you weren’t friends with one single band kid, you’d be the perfect parasocial minion she’s looking for in her echo chamber. Alex, since you read and react to every little thing people say about you, I sincerely hope you take the time to reflect inward about your behavior. Hurting your feelings is not the intention, but you are a mean girl bully, and you need a reality check for the sake of all the people you attack daily.

Jj jelledSo much good infoI’m a 55 year old, going through meno and having a hysterectomy next month. Bam! I find this podcast to be so informative for myself and adult daughters.
-
Sar16538Best thing since homemade bread. It’s like every episode is a deep dive on the exact subject I wanted to deep dive next! Already done for me, wrapped in an entertaining bow. As a busy SAHM it is so nice to have something to listen to that is so up my alley, educational and helpful to improve on the health of myself and my family 🤍 Also Alex is hilarious. The end.

WetBlanket707Former Fan, Now Wet BlanketUsed to be a big fan of the original Poplitics page and Spillover podcast but as the podcast has changed and gotten a bigger audience the host has gone downhill. She never goes deep in her interviews. Her flow from question to question is as smooth as a cactus in the dead of summer. She has a Facebook page that used to be a safe space for conservatives but now it’s turned into a cult like following. God forbid you disagree with her or call out her mean girl behavior, you’ll be blocked and banned. How free speech of her. Referring to your followers and the people that helped get your show to where it is as wet blankets and 14 year olds is just such a classy move. She should focus more on hiring a new stylist.
-
C_bartonOne of the bestI rank Alex up there with the best when it comes to interviewing. She moves the show along at a good speed while asking all the right questions that her audience is already thinking. The topics of discussion are not only thought provoking but they sometimes challenge the way I’ve always thought about something. Helping me gain better understanding for health and the world around me. I’m constantly sharing these episodes with friends and family. Keep it up! Don’t stop! The people deserve to hear the truth!

Clarabell10Narcissistic NancyThis girl is nothing more than a narcissist, playing on the insecurities of others. She’s a hateful, spiteful woman who has so called professionals on her podcast. They are only on to self promote after an hour of fear mongering. Do yourself a favor and don’t even listen to the screeching on the chalkboard.
-
CrunchyratqueenOyJust another out of touch influencer. Her audience is primarily middle class wives and mothers, yet she links to her $250 bikinis and $400 dresses and posts pictures of her flying in private jets. Advertises expensive products that nearly no one in this economy can afford. Judgy and SO rude to her audience. Rage baiting, gas lighting, narcissitic worm queen. Good job TPUSA.

Fiona GlenanneTake Everything W/ A Grain Of SaltThe guests are niche, and provide interesting perspectives, but the host gives the impression she agrees with all guests wild claims. I love hearing different perspectives and being introduced to new concepts, but almost-if not every-guest is trying to sell something (e.g. deoderant, blue light glasses, hormone balancing master classes, birthing courses, toothpaste, etc). Not a bad podcast, but it is important to use critical thinking and not get sucked into every sales pitch. Also, tons of ad reads.
-
IcelandicpoppyHIGHLY problematicCulture Apothecary playbook for each episode: 1. Lure listeners with spicy title 2. Unqualified guest fear mongers about a particular subject (often completely unscientific), then pitches their own product as the solution. Example #1: In episode 71, chiropractor Bryan Ardis makes erroneous statements about the supposed health benefits of nicotine while promoting his new book. He FALSELY claims that both rabies and HIV are cured by Nicotine and that smokers were “immune” to COVID-19. Example #2: In episode 72, Kim Rogers who has zero health training fear mongers about parasites while shamelessly promoting her own $100+ parasite cleanses. Other problems: The host is uneducated, her only credentials being “radio host”. She does not challenge her guests with scientifically- minded or thought provoking questions. On her social media, she doles out marriage and parenting advice despite having zero experience in either of those categories. In her Facebook group, she has fostered a divide between “Crunchy” and normal followers, instead of promoting unity based upon our common core values as conservative women.

NibblespitpatHonest FeedbackSome episodes aren’t horrible, like the most recent about breastfeeding was good. However, I have to give a one star rating because you need to use a lot of discernment when listening to most episodes because the host never pushes back on her guests despite them making untrue and even harmful claims. You can tell that not a lot of research is done prior to the interviews on the hosts part and she cannot handle constructive criticism. There are too many health and wellness podcasts that are based on real evidence to waste your time on this one.
-
MBomengenToxic and UnrelatableThe shift to a healthier lifestyle ushered in an era of judgmental and toxic culture. Any dissenting comments or even point of views are immediately turned into shame and mean girl mentality. Unfollowed fb main group after being a fan since early 2020. End of a once inclusive era for conservative women but time to move on.
-
Operation oppositionThe betrayalAlex insists she’s an expert on all things health and wellness now, which is a sham. It’s a money making scheme to prey on the women who follow her while hating the people who built her. TPUSA is FAR from a non-profit and Alex is their grifter-in-chief. Alex demonizes anyone who does not agree with her. She has called her original fanbase “wet blankets” and stupid. The entire show is a sales pitch for her guests, where selling snake oil would probably be considered “modern medicine,” but giving nicotine to babies is “sticking it to big pharma.” Pass on this.
-
owlcityy. From Relatable to RigidI used to really enjoy Alex Clark’s content, but lately it feels like the tone has shifted. What once felt relatable and fun now comes across as judgmental and closed off to differing views. It’s disappointing to see someone who represents conservative values becoming less inclusive and more dismissive of people with valid, respectful disagreements. The brand’s turn toward “non-toxic” living has unfortunately come with a more toxic attitude. I hope she finds her way back to the warmth and openness that drew so many of us to her in the first place.
-
Bold BirdieUnprofessional, uneducated, bully mentalityI recall when she publicly ridiculed individuals for embracing a holistic lifestyle and has never offered an apology for mocking them. It has left a lingering negative impression regarding her new podcast. NOW, she’s remarked that parents unable to provide entirely organic meals for their children lack dedication, shamed mothers who don’t allow their small children to shop alone at grocery stores (she isn’t a mother nor is she married) and subsequently taunted those same mothers who can’t afford her affluent lifestyle. She’s a conservative poser with a liberal agenda.

Steve dodged a bulletnot a cult worth joiningthe host of this podcast is a terrible interviewer! she’s immature, irrational, and irresponsible. due to her terrible interview skills, her idiot cult followers assume she agrees with everything her guests say and then proceed to share harmful misinformation. I was crunchy prior to having the misfortune of finding this podcast and it made me want to go get nuggets and a Dr. Pepper real bad 1/10 guests not trying to sell you something 6/10 chance she does an ad for a brand she doesn’t even use 8/10 chance she still eats McDonald’s 0/10 recommend

Stacy BrookeLove this podcast!!So grateful for this podcast!! I started listening a few months ago and I can’t get enough! I’ve been on my health journey for a few years and can’t get enough of all the interesting topics and guests. I wasn’t sure how I would like it initially because I am Jewish and more of a moderate politically- but I feel more than welcome in this space and truly grateful to have found a podcast like this one!! Thank you Alex Clark!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼

photo.by.HeatherBuilding knowledge & confidenceI’m a long time listener of the show, and listening to the recent episode on breastfeeding made me realize how valuable it’s been to me. Therese Dansby mentioned how the “old school of thought” is that mastitis, (something I have repeatedly struggled with) is an infection. Unfortunately much of western medicine is stuck in this old school of thought and I personally was told that antibiotics were the only option for me. I decided to take my health into my own hands (something this show has helped me feel confident in doing) and was able to heal my mastitis with natural remedies, eating anti-inflammatory, reducing sugar, increasing my hydration with electrolytes, drinking ginger & tumeric bone broth, applying ice and lymphatic cream, and doing red light therapy. And praise God, it worked. I realize that not everyone has access to these things, but this proves that natural remedies do work and it is worth your time to explore other options. Thankful to Alex for making this information accessible, because lord knows you won’t find it on google!
-
GueritaTXInfomercialWhile about one episode a quarter is interesting, the rest sound like you turned on the tv at 2 AM only to see someone trying to sell you a magic cure to fix everything you didn’t know was wrong with you. Follow the money.

Burden RMomma and WifeMy husband and I BOTH love this podcast!! So much to learn and Alex truly has our best interest in mind! Just listening to the podcast when she was on Wise Traditions just shows how important Alex is to the movement happening across America.

RooeoxurasoxThe Best!I found this podcast while going deep into natural health after some health scares, and it’s become an absolute lifeline. The “What if Gluten Isn’t the Enemy” episode was my gateway into Culture Apothecary, and I’ve been hooked ever since. The content is thoughtful, informative, and incredibly relevant for anyone wanting to take control of their health in 2025. The guests are consistently top-tier, and the Alex does a phenomenal job weaving in both expertise AND real life application. Highly recommend this podcast to anyone looking to dig deeper into holistic living!!

AugyLAFav podcastI love this podcast and share it with everyone I know. While I don’t always agree with everything there is a lot of good information that’s not mainstream knowledge. I love that it pushes the boundaries.
-
stupidverizinNicotinePlease stop saying COVID 19! My goodness. Just call it COVID. No one needs to hear the 19 part over and over again it’s 2025 not 2020! Great podcast by the way. Just that irritates the living daylights out of me! 19! It’s JUST COVID!

IlovenashMean girls clubA lot of the info Alex puts out there is good. I just have a hard time getting past her actions in her FB group and how she treats people she disagrees with. Have a different take on a woman’s role in marriage? She calls you a heretic. Question her stance on raw milk? You’re an idiot. Struggle to understand her take on nicotine? You’re a rat. Don’t want to be on X anymore? You’re a loser she doesn’t have patience with you. There are a lot of people out there putting out this info who don’t turn around and publicly (and falsely) accuse members of their fan club for sharing DMs, kick out hundreds of girls from their Facebook group because they simply liked the wrong comment, and then send out their minions to attack those girls online. A lot of us have stories. I’d prefer to get this same info from someone who isn’t a mean girl. Or at least does a much better job of hiding it.
-
ablyma13DoneI was there when Culture Apothecary changed over from being Poplitics and was super excited for the change! I was a loyal listener for a long time, until I started noticing some things about the host. There is a secret fb group where if you disagree with the host, you are demonized, called a “rat” and kicked out of the group. It’s very toxic, and ran by a toxic leader, Alex Clark. Alex leads up these hunts against people and tells others to find who the “rat” is and then goes on to publicly bash and shame them. She has turned into an utter mean girl playing the part of a “Christian wellness influencer”. The best part is she claims to be going to church a lot, and then acts the opposite of Christ-like. I’m not sure if the multiple trips to the White House, speaking on capitol hill or joining the MAHA group that got to her head, but none of that means anything if you aren’t a good person to your core. She has become totally unhinged. Also, her podcast is very contradictory and not very fact/evidence based. She posts a lot of “rage bait”/controversial opinions and then gets upset when people respond or have a different view. She also loves to shame moms for things they do with their children while having none. You know what they say, imaginary children are always the easiest to raise! Claims to be a conservative but it’s giving very liberal echo chamber to me.

Wet blanket 🌴🌟🇺🇸💖Please do your own research!Lately the guests have been kinda crazy-like the guy pushing nicotine patches. also a lot of the episodes are just really long infomercials for whatever product they are selling. The host doesn’t really challenge the guests in any way she just goes along with whatever they are saying. Please do your own research before taking medical advice from this podcast!
-
Saypanda1423Echo chamberIt’s great if you want to be in an echo chamber where no one can have a differing opinion. Also gives a ton of parenting advice for a non parent. I also try to take health advice from people with any knowledge of health, but that’s me.
-
AG9612AwfulAlex is insufferable and a mean girl. She always has to be right & bullies her fans. Not cool.
-
k1992stInformative, doesn’t waste your time.Came here because of Sue Beckers episode. Was immediately hooked. I’ve sent many episodes to friends since. I love the format of the episodes; doesn’t waste time on fluff, she gets right into it and it makes it easy to listen to episodes that interest me. She’s so good at asking the right questions. I’m a fan!

Sisterpants2010LOVEThis is simply the best podcast ever! So much useful and interesting information. I love how raw and real Alex is willing to be.

hopel12Unnecessary Drama Behind the ScenesI have been an avid listener since 2023 and quickly joined the Facebook group for the show, Cuteservatives. I got kicked out of the group a little over a week and a half ago for some unknown reason. I messaged Alex and asked politely what happened, and never heard a response. I came for the health content, and left because the health content has turned into an idol. When women are actively belittling others who have had nicotine addictions and diagnosing them on the reasons why they were addicted, I think it’s okay to draw that line. The actions and mindset of a group have a lot to do with the individuals within, but even more with the leader of the group. Alex Clark asks the hard questions and isn’t afraid to push people when they need to be pushed, but she lacks grace and the ability to see nuance. It must be incredibly difficult to be strong in the midst of the toughest year of her life, and I have full empathy for that. As a conservative influencer, she created a welcoming space for women who wanted to talk to others who think similarly to them. Unfortunately, the Facebook group has devolved into women accusing each other of being liberals and “rats in the chat” for simply disagreeing with the podcast of the day. I met people I love through the group, so my time there was not wasted. I just wish that conservative values of freedom of speech and the freedom to disagree and see the other side of things was more involved in the group. Alex, I wish you nothing but success, but please know that there are a lot of ladies who you’ve isolated and ostracized simply for disagreeing with you. I hope your heart is softened towards your fans who have stuck with you through the rebrand, breakups, and personal issues. Taking accountability for harsh words and mistakes you have made isn’t a sign of weakness, but of strength. I wish you the best, but unfortunately, I will not be joining along.
-
GenTex20Be warnedI would give this podcast a pass. The host picks guests and topics for rage bait, to further her own agenda and career. She also doxxes her fans so be warned.

JmewhaWorm Queen 🪱MAHA content 💯

ELMroadwarriorGen-XerI wish there was an Alex Clark when I was a young mom. I’ve been listening for several years now and love the insight for moms, women (and guys too) especially Christ followers but not exclusivelyLove it! I look forward to episodes of each week.

MN2234GIRLUnlike Any OtherWhile I could get into how the specific interviews with Suzanne Venker and Erica Komisar changed the trajectory of my marriage, motherhood, and femininity… I’ll stick with: Alex is truly an interviewer like none other. Do I agree 100% with everything she says or the people she interviews? No but I also like the be challenged, entertained and informed. This podcast does it all. Alex is unapologetically herself and you would be remiss not to take a listen.

ApoteckHave discernmentAs a medical professional, I am taken aback by the supposed “experts” who have been platformed on this show, many of whom lack the proper credentials. Recently, a chiropractor, Bryan Ardis, promoted nicotine therapy, though chiropractors receive zero training in pharmacology. Likewise, a physical therapist, Austin Lake, was platformed as a leading voice to discuss women’s menstrual cycles! Prior episodes have featured naturopathic physicians, whose discipline, naturopathy, is illegal to practice in three US states. Overall, what I am seeing here is a program that “influences” non-discerning, vulnerable individuals down a vortex of medical deception, preying on that age old human desire to seek the alternative, the hidden and the non-traditional while peddling high dollar products of which the host is likely highly invested. Just ask the woman in these comments who spent $2500 on some “cancer test.” Forget shows like this that send you down a never ending spiral of high cost products and treatments and engage with your physician. And by all means, review the credentials of everyone who is platformed. Look for credentials like MD or DO for physicians, or ANP or PharmD for allied health professionals.
-
gchampGreat InterviewsI look forward to this podcast every week. The topics are so relevant and the guests are so knowledgeable. Alex asks the questions we’re all wanting to get the answers to from the guest.

FrankieBlackbirdWhat??People believe this mess? The information I’ve heard from a handful of episodes is mind blowing. I can’t believe it. I do not recommend this show if you have any kind of scientific brain at all. This show is bonkers.
-
completelycrunchyBest Podcast Ever!!I’ve loved this podcast for a year or two. Just when I think Alex has run out of topics to say something controversial on, there’s another one. My favorite guests thus far have been Dr. Stuart Fischbein and Dr. Austin Lake (especially awesome). Monday and Thursday evenings are something to look forward to!
