Funniest Mets podcast & it’s not even close

Need less talk about hosts food preferences, social calendar, etc. I assume the Post has better access to baseball related items than most. More of that please.

Nelson Figueroa is great, unfortunately the other guy has me speeding thru the podcast.

Loved how Figgy shut out the USNT but this is the Mark Canha of podcasts - takes a lot of pitches but can’t hit its way out of a paper bag. Conforto played gold glove caliber right field for us and his 820 career OPS is way better than career OPS for Nimmo, Canha, or Marte.

No Mets podcast is better. Period. End of story.

Easily the best Mets pod on the planet

This is a fun and informative podcast. The hosts are hilarious but take their work seriously. There’s a little too much banter and fluff throughout the show but it’s fun to hear. I listen every week. Thanks guys!

Great podcast to listen to. The hosts give great insight while keeping it light and fun. Fight’s stories are always entertaining. “Frenchy”LeBlanc gives it two thumbs up.

The hosts are likable, but you only have one hour a week to discuss the Mets. Do we really need to hear about how much food you eat? Do we really need extended Spanish lessons? Do we need an interview with a female player from an Independent league? It’s not really a Mets Podcast now is it?

There isn’t a better Mets podcast out there. Believe me.

Jake Brown and Nelson Figueroa have great chemistry which makes for an awesome podcast. Figgys knowledge and passion for the Mets is what has me hooked! Keep it up guys. I definitely recommend this pod to all Met fans. LFGM!

The best way to catch up on all the latest Mets happenings with a twinge of lunacy. Great analysis by Figgy and over the top self depreciating hilarity by Jake Brown that most Mets fans can relate with. A must listen!

These guys are unreal. Incredibly funny, passionate, informed, and entertaining. A must listen every week. 10/10

First time listener…I really enjoyed the show. Jake and Nelson offer excellent insight and are easy on the ears. Nelson, I’ve always enjoyed your commentary but how can any player or fan take the All-Star game seriously? Gone are the days when the game had pride. You won’t see another Pete Rose barreling into Ray Fosse like event. The game has become a neatly orchestrated demonstration of talent. It is no longer a competition. It is a talent show. When the season is done, very few people will remember this game or the orchestrated theatrics surrounding it. On the other hand, many people will remember the winner of the World Series for years to come. I applaud players who opt out to protect their health and in doing so the interests of their team (and fans).

I tune in every episode! I love the dynamic and listening in! I feel like I am part of the cast! Keep up the great work and LGM! 🤘🏾

These episodes are painful to get through at this point. The production quality is flat out terrible and the NY Post shows all sound the same! Can we have some relevancy introduced to the show? Why are all the guests people that were in the league 40 years ago talking about irrelevant things? Just not enjoyable to listen to…

This is a good podcast, despite the fact it’s from the Post, which is a total rag. I do very much enjoy hearing Figueroa’s opinions on the Mets. I liked him as a player, and now even more as an analyst. I’ll always listen or watch whatever platform he’s on. The other guy on this pod is whatever.

This podcast is one of the classic podcasts where you just wish you could have a beer with these guys & talk baseball. Jake is a classic hyper fan & Nelson gives smooth perspective from an insider...Like an excellent PB&J! If you’re a Mets fan you’ll love it, but a fan of ANY team can like Batman & the Joker telling their tales!

Jake and Nelson do a great job breaking down all things New York Mets. Nelson has always been very knowledgeable going back to his SNY days. I never knew of Jake Brown but he is very funny and self deprecating which is very entertaining. One of the best Mets podcasts around

Jake does a great job hosting and this show gives Figgy a platform so Met fans can continue to hear his insight on the game and the Mets. The guests are first rate. Al Leiter and Rick Peterson are can’t miss interviews for Met fans!

Great fast-moving podcast. Figgy offers top level perspective,insight and all things Mets/Mets history based on his in-Depth knowledge as a former MLB player/current coach and trainer at the youth levels.

Great podcast with terrific insights into the New York Mets. Nelson Figueroa is very knowledgeable and tells it like it is. Still miss him on TV. Must listen for Mets fans.

Enjoy listening to discussions on Mets baseball. Nelson Figueroa is very articulate and great with guest.Listening to past players talk about situations they had with team and managerial. As for Jake he totally compliments Nelson Figueroa. The loud, witty one.

Nelson Figueroa knows his stuff and it’s so refreshing to hear his take on everything. He’s not only shrewd, but he is a Mets fan and he pulls no punches. Hands-down, this is the best podcast for any diehard Mets fan...or baseball fan.

There is no analyst or commentator that gives better insight into the game than Nelson Figueroa. Calls it as he sees it, and gets the most out of any guest no matter the subject or element of the game being discussed.
