Love Scott’s books, and his pod is equally as good. The Raging Moderates segments are as politically objective as can be and a breath of fresh air.

You’re wrong re: nothing is as good or as bad as it seems….unfortunately things will indeed be worse than it seems. Please come up with a more appropriate adage.

Scott and Ed have some of the most insightful market/corporate insight out there. Puzzled by all the progressive Jew haters downvoting because they don’t like the political stances. Puzzled by the ongoing association with Kara Swisher; it isn’t going to make the progressives like you any more. They never will.

A refreshing breathe of fresh with super insightful research into business, culture and now politics. Well done! This is my new favorite podcast with such intelligent guests, collegial yet spirited debates, and such respect and support for diversity and inclusion that invites everyone to the discussion. It is always the woman’s fault in Scott’s world. Sherry Redstone (not Sumner), Sheryl Sandberg (not Marky Z), Cathie Wood (not any other dude in finance), and of course, the women who provoke him by existing (not Don Lemon). We should make sure guys don’t feel left behind in world of entrenched sexism. He’s also gullible and happily laundering communist block oligarchs’ agendas from Ian Bremer, come on.

Want to listen as this is great content but cant do it w the co-hosts voice. It’s annoying. Personal preference and I’m sure she’s great. Love Scott and follow w Pivot an others.

I really wanted to enjoy this show as I like and respect the intellect of both Jessica and Scott. But I cannot abide the frivolous discussion like that on the 10/15 episode around whether Kamala is having a good press week or bad press week, or the critiques of how well she performed in a particular interview, etc. Wake Up Everyone!!! The only alternative to Harris/Walz in this election is full-on FASCISM. Donald Trump has been describing his plans of violence and domination in every recent appearance the past few weeks and the entire Republican ecosphere is in full support. I will not listen to any more precious commentaries parsing Kamala’s affect or personality or campaign appearance choices. Kamala Harris is the only candidate in this election who will preserve democracy, the rule of law, and the free way of life we know today in America - this is the only message that the media should be conveying to the American people

This show is so disappointing lately especially when politics surfaces. Scott and his guests are not moderates but complete socialists. The Raging “Moderates” section is the nail in the coffin; not one of their viewpoints lands in the middle. Stop lying to yourself. I will not listen to this podcast anymore. Lastly, Scott is so insanely jealous of Elon. Another lie Scott cannot cope with… seek therapy.

Love the podcast BUT at times the partiality on political issues is disappointing. Rory Stewart so eloquently gave an honest take on Israel. This greedy government has been and continues to be engaged in oppression, illegal confiscation of land and murders of innocent people way before Oct 7th. Like all wars, this one is just tragic. However, it is intellectually dishonest to blindly favor corruption because of financial, political, cultural or religious inclinations.

Used to be a good show but littered with socialist and communist propaganda and fake anti-trump news… if you want to follow the herd as social justice warrior, listened to this podcast!!!

The difference between this show and Pivot (the show with Scott and Kara swisher) is staggering! Jessica and Scott are incredibly very “on brand” for each other. Both are thought leaders….both speak with lovely candor (verse angry candor - insert Kara), both have humility and a charming sense of self deprecation (Kara could not find humility if her life depended on it and that’s what makes her so insufferable), both challenge each other in such a respectful way. In short, these are two Bosses!!! I could listen to these two all day. I learn so much EVERY time I listen to this show. Scott - I know you must be tied into a tough contract with Vox but if you can get out of it, PLEASE do. She’s so off brand for you!

Prof G is simply a smart guy. Love his no mercy no malice as well as the interviews. Very blunt though in a good way, cut to the chase with insights that make you pause and think.

If you know the world beyond the US, you learn that the American political spectrum goes only from center-left to far-right. Democrats cover the all the range from center left to right, and Republicans these days account for practically the far right only. This makes the term “moderate” quite controversial once whoever calls themselves moderate in the US will be necessarily a Democrat. This is where the hosts fall, at the center, as true moderates. However, the average listener expects the center to be a place between the Democrats and the Republicans; therefore, this pod will forever be in a categorization crisis, with listeners complaining about it being left-leaning.

As someone who has shared Scott Galloway’s content and been inspired enough to pay for Section4, I’m genuinely disappointed in Raging Moderates. Despite the name, neither host seems truly moderate—they echo the same left-leaning ideas and spend much of the time bashing Republicans. It’s disheartening to see Scott, who used to offer sharp, balanced insights, now making statements that feel illogical and one-sided. I was hoping for thoughtful, nuanced discussions, but this podcast misses the mark in delivering the moderation it claims to represent.

Just started listening I’m listening to September 17,2024 right now. He made the comment that the orange man’s photo with the fist pump was iconic. While I and my friends thought it looked like someone not following instructions and putting his protective detail in jeopardy. When the secret service is telling you to stay down and move you do it. Put maybe that’s the difference between men and women.

Moderate? Can someone point me to one position they discussed that wasn’t perfectly aligned with leftists? And, being outraged by Elon’s obvious joke about Swift when Galloway starts many shows with juvenile sexual jokes is something.

This is my first episode of raging moderates and already I’m not sure what I’m listening to. Jessica says someone supporting Tulsi Gabbard in 2019 is similar to supporting Donald Trump (paraphrasing). Clearly it seems Jessica had not ever listened to what Tulsi Gabbard had to say way before she ever jumped on the Trump train. I don’t know who Jessica is, but right out the gate she’s lost some credibility.

No fooling around even if you arent sure if comments will be popular. Take a side but be willing to listen and respond civilly and with humor. Hope it can keep on ..

Why on earth would you have Huberman on your podcast? You gave a new platform to a known liar, grifter, and spreader of medical misinformation. As a physician who has to constantly deprogram people who have fallen for Hubermans lies it’s really disappointing.

Stopped listening to him as he continues with his political rants. I came here to get insights on what he’s expert at. Markets and tech. When you criticize Elon Musk on his policy but obsess over Don Lemon’s physical attributes, you simply have a biased opinion. Give both sides a fair assessment, or don’t talk politics at all

I used to enjoy Scott’s shows. However, I quickly realized this guy is easily swayed when dealing with “famous” people. They know exactly how to stroke him to get what they want out of him. I also feel like a good chunk every episode is him flexing his ego, and it’s boring to listen to.

I listened to two pods with excellent content littered with political agenda items. I’m skeptical of all who lean too far in any one direction. This was a turn off for my tastes. Like when a great rock star uses stage time to talk politics. No thank you.

Lost my appetite for this pod after yrs of listening. Scott’s politics are unbearably boomer-establishment-level out of touch. Dude has no grasp on the social pulse. His humor is equally stale too. The attempts to be “sympathetic” to his audience’s economic realities gets old quick and comes off as disingenuous/show-offy. Also, his business/investment predictions are midwit. Another pandemic era has-been. This show is going the way of the NBC/CNN ilk Scott fawns over: i.e., fading into irrelevance.

Was ok until the last part about Mitt Romney for vp and Biden stepping down. Idiotic! You can’t just make decisions that may get some votes, you have to the votes AND be able to govern after elected . Also how do you build a following, run a campaign, and be the President in 100 days?! You need to think a lot more about your suggestions. And obtw, Harris is not mediocre!!!!

I was a regular listener but lately the podcast does not sound very interesting. Jessica Tarlov’s views on politics are so mainstream and uninspiring, you would be better off getting folks with edgier viewpoints.

I’d give it 5 stars if he lost the vulgar frat boy jokes. Otherwise it’s entertaining and informative.
