    I have primarily tuned in to the Mikey Likes You podcast for the great fitness and health advise. Mike is a professional interviewer and love listening to him talk. I love the new format and jumping into your personal struggle with addiction, music and MMA. I have picked up some new music to listen to.

    Love Catherwood and love this podcast
    I’ve lifted weights as part of my routine over the years but I’m not an experienced lifter, but this podcast is very easy to follow and helpful. You can tell Mike genuinely wants to help his listeners. He’s motivating and funny and everything I need from this kind of podcast. I’m a fan from his stints on The Jason Ellis show and I enjoy him on his own as well!

    Love the show Mike. Very informative and interesting. I do have to admit the mouth noises are a little hard to get past, but I don’t want to stop listening if that can’t be corrected.

    Always liked when Mike was on the Ellis show, then after that ended I came over to here. Mike and I are about the same age and have a very similar past and am a “healthy” gym goer too. Thanks for the content Mike! If you’re reading this give him a listen and a download!

    I was devastated when Mike and Dr. Drew ended loveline, after that Mike was still on an AM radio station which is now a complete right wing conspiracy “ Q anon” station and no wonder drew left as well. Well now we’ve got a free format long conversation where we can discuss at length both addiction and self care/training conditioning! This is the best podcast and the best podcast to throw on while you’re just working out or on a run or walking your dog whatever you’re up to! It’s very fun but also very serious at times and gets very real. As we know Mike has suffered from addiction in the past and has really helped a lot of people including myself inspired me to change and fix my lifestyle in some form even if it’s just taking a walk once a day and that’s how it started. Taking a walk and he really cares for people that’s what I really love about this man, he’s not Bullsh**ting when he says he reads your messages and responds to them eventually because he really does! I’m telling you just go and try for yourself and you’ll see one day you’ve got a msg back or you hear your questions answered in a different perspective on the podcast and I LOVE it. He’s totally engaged with his audience and then we have his lovely wife of course not to mention the tons of wonderful guests that come in to talk about their personal training and how they would go about fixing their mistakes if they had a chance to go back and wow there is some beautiful people and beautiful conversations I’ve heard so far. Thanks Mikey loves Mikey Catherwood alllll day! 5 stars and more if I could I love this man with all my heart. Work the steps do your best keep coming back and it works if you work it Biatchhhh!!

    Mike is a refreshing wealth of knowledge in an otherwise saturated genre of fitness and wellness podcasts. His first hand knowledge and experience coupled with his time spent with Dr. Drew provide him with a well informed and well rounded point of view. What makes this more palatable is Mike’s sense of humor and willingness to share and openly discuss his mistakes and shortcomings. Having been a strength and conditioning coach for 9 years, I find this podcast very knowledgeable. Having now retired from coaching this podcast has become a source of motivation for my personal fitness endeavors. Lastly, I love that Mike explores topics that are sometimes just outside of the normal spectrum of traditional fitness and wellness shows. This helps break of the monotony of simply discussing sets/reps and leaves you feeling that Mikey actually likes you and cares about you! Ps. Heard about this podcast via TFATK 🤙

    I am fan from the psycho Mike days, and listened here and there on other platforms. So while this podcast is completely different for me the fact that it talks about real life, real issues, and his opinion as advice, it does not disappoint one bit.

    Mike’s passion has always made me feel like I shouldn’t ignore what he is saying. Match that with the unbiased delivery and an encyclopedic knowledge of all things health and fitness, and you have a well informed, common sense opinion of what works. Myths debunked, training styles explained, etc. All of these explained in a way that a guy like me, who has been doing it wrong all these years can understand. I pause his podcast to google what he’s talking about, or to see what the exercise he is referring to looks like and confirm that he knows what he is talking about. I feel better after every episode. I had to pause episode 16 just to write this. Thanks Mike.

    I have been a MASSIVE fan of Mike Catherwood since hearing him on Loveline many years ago. And the one thing that has always stood out is his brutal honesty and openness to talk about so much in his life. His “regular dude” persona is both charismatic and totally accessible. Not only that, but he is genuinely funny, sympathetic and a great conversationalist. This podcast rocks and MC rocks 💯
