One of the best podcasts in the military/LEO genre. Conversations are very personal and is genuinely unscripted. Interviews routinely showcase a behind-the-scenes perspective, from people who were there, during some of the most eye opening events in military and/or first responder history. A must-listen!!!

I love the podcast. Ian and Kris make a great team and cover a lot of great topics. The only problem I have with the podcast is that Kris is absent too often and the podcast just isn’t the same when he’s not there.

I have listened to several podcasts but, absolutely loved the recent one with SGM Chris ‘Dutch’ Moyer. I’ve taken shooting classes with both gentlemen and it was an honor! If you are on the fence about listening to Battleline podcasts, try it now while driving to work etc. You will not regret it! Ian you definitely are great at reeling them boys in at times. I listen in every week and I have listened from the start. Kris and Ian have the most entertaining guests. They feature folks that have served our country with pride. Also from time to time other guests that are non military in nature are featured. Everyone should listen to this. They are not politically associated with either party. Before each guest there are discussions about current situations in the world. A great way to start your week!!!

Great podcast and goes in depth from different eras of the military. Love listening too the Vietnam Era guys, those guys had too carry a wheelbarrow for their balls. Thanks for educating us and keep up the great work. Kris is a great Christian and I don’t throw this word out but a hero too me.

Lots of experiences shared by veterans with plenty of uninterrupted time. Courage, strength, resolve, and dealing with it all come to life in these podcasts. Kris speaks to other vets as only they really communicate sometimes to each other. Listen. You’ll want to hear more.

I’ve never listened to Battleline Podcasts before, so this was my first one and didn’t know if I could listen the whole duration of it, but once it began, I couldn’t stop listening to it. Extremely informative and at times, this one so humorous- I was in tears. Loved the podcast, major Tanto fan anyway, but absolutely loved and was inspired by Elana’s story, her grit, perseverance and humor about it all! Definitely will be listening to more!! I like the way that Ian and tanto structure the show, starting sometimes with popular events or even just starting with whatever they want to talk about. Then they get into the main points that they want to talk about. For people that are thinking about listening to the podcast I would say do it! Tanto and Ian are two intellectual, and funny people that you can relate to no matter your background.

I love this podcast! It’s like sitting down and having a cold beer with war heroes. I served for eight years myself but I was support, nobody was shooting at me. There’s service and then there’s SERVICE. Thanks for giving us a glimpse of what you sacrificed for our security. God bless!

This is a great podcast. I love the insight from a man like kris from his ups and downs in the military to his ups and downs in the PMC world. He gives people a real perspective. Ian Scotty on the other hand is a intelligent man especially in this world an gives a civilian perspective. A great balance with these two men. Plus it’s just a good time

I travel 2-3 hours to and from work each day. This podcast provides me time to connect with my military background in an enlightening and entertaining way! You hear true raw stories of those that have had the same struggles as you each and every day! This is a non-biased platform with ideals in putting your faith before self. Well done Chris and Ian!

I have listened to most of these podcasts and it is awesome. I constantly hear you guys talk about writing things down. I am a writer and reader with Brothers and Sisters Like These in Western NC. This is how we address our demons. Writing it down has helped me and my family. We have reached so many other Veterans. Thank you for putting that word out.

If your tired of Podcasts that are talking about the same things as everyother podcast this is your pod cast. This show reminds me of a couple of guys sitting around a bond fire talking about anything from books, to music, Life lessons, and motivate you to reach for your goals. They discuse very little politics. They have a wide assortment of guest including authors, ex-military, musicians, etc. Give it a shot. What do you have to lose.
