As one who discovered “The First and Last Freedom” many years ago, I now find myself getting deeper and deeper into understanding what Jiddu is talking about. But this only came through discovering and learning to know myself, not him. Not sure there is much more I can say. Signposts show up in our lives and JK has been the most influential to me letting go and being love.

Truth & Life!

Listening to Krishnamurthy made me see how my whole existence involves just moving from one pattern to another pattern superficially. Like he says, transformation is not a journey in time, but it has to be out of time. I listen to K’s talks and this podcast over and over again, each time it is a new fresh flower full of life that makes me see things that I have never seen before. Huge thanks to Krishnamurthy Foundation for keeping this podcast and YouTube channels going. The Foundation stayed true to K’s message and never ever tried to alter or interpret it. I think it is very crucial for his voice and talks to reach future generations!

Krishnamurti’s teachings

KRishnamurti or K has enabled human beings to inquire into oneself and one’s behaviours because he has done this inquiring himself and has understood what is going on within the human mind. His conversations aid listeners in examine themselves- their emotions and feelings and seeing them for what they are. His work exposes that which is physical and how it is separate from the psychological. It also exposes that their is a consciousness of the universe where love resides that is not of the psychological brain and thought. His observation of duality and how it brings conflict thus sorrow, hate, etc into our lives is key to understanding how to end this so that one may be whole and not a fragmented human as we are conditioned to be in our modern society.
