    Loving the content
    The episode with Dr. Crumblehome hit really close to home. I’m terrible to myself and I never really thought about how my self talk is likely wrecking my game. I develop the “flight” instinct when my game falls off the rails. I call it LOI. (Lack of interest). I disconnect from the game and just go through the motions. Playing as quickly as possible to get off the course as quickly as possible. Now, I know the what and why. Fixing it is going to be the challenge.

    If you’re interested in how a fit body and mind can improve your game, you’ll love this podcast! A steady line-up of interesting and knowledgable guests coupled with Natalie’s keen ability to tailor the material to everyone from the average club player to the aspiring tour pro has made Pro-Fit my new favorite podcast. I’ve binged all three seasons and found myself going back to many of her episodes for a second listen… they’re just that good. I highly recommend you take her advice to “put the kettle on, grab your biscuit of choice” and prepare to become a better golfer!

    A review on pro-fit condition ing
    I have listened to many podcasts never have I felt to write a review. This one grew on me. I listened very hard since the podcast is across the pond. Make no mistake this program is top notch. From the guests she gets to her knowledge ,these shows are a must listen . Two things that stuck a cord w me. For one she speaks from the heart . She tells no lies. With her speaking like that and telling no lies, you can even meet her at her gym, or email and or call she will answer you back. Unreal The second thing is this conditioning thing. This could apply to golfers and also non-golfers. Simple easy things we all forget about. For your sake what do you have to lose. I bet if you listen and practice something you learn you will be better off. 5 stars and more.

    Great podcast
    This is the greatest podcast regarding fitness and golf. Natalie has some great guests, always easy to understand, she works hard and has a passion for what she is doing. I personally love all the work outs, stretching routines that I have learned through this podcast and can’t wait for the next one. Plus there are lots to of great biomechanics Exercise videos the she demonstrates on Instagram that are very helpful. Thank you Natalie all the best to you and when you play golf make lots of birdies.

    Simply Explained & Straight To The Point Info
    This podcast is ideal for the everyday golfer looking for practical and realistic advice to help their golf fitness, and in turn golf game. Natalie does an excellent job of keeping the conservations on track, meaning you get pick up very useful tips with each listen. Many podcasts go off in tangents and you end up with very little info you can use. This is packed with great take home messages.
