Fun and flirty way to learn history you’d never learn in school pooooooyaaaahhhhh

I started using this show for history class while homeschooling. I’m now not allowed to see my kids due to this. 5/5 stars. Totally worth it.

Love the show I’m a trucker and do a 478 mile route very day, keeps me entertained for hours at a time then I go home and bore my wife with useless history facts and stories

Consistently funny with interesting and varied topics. Dan and Rob are a dynamic duo similar to that of Lenny and George in both intellect and Dan’s history with women (presumably). Jake is a traitor who abandoned his bros for strange clams. 10/10 would recommend

Long time listener, first time commenter. With the boys trying to figure how much beer flooded London, a standard keg of beer is about 1/2 of a barrel. So the one fermenting barrel letting out 3500 barrels would be roughly 7000 kegs worth of beer.

I would have left a review years ago but I’m a green text bubble guy. Finally decided to use my wife’s phone and leave the review. The fellas in this show blend the appropriate amount of satirical comedy and loose history to make for a rather entertaining listen. The landscaper/baker from Brick city brings a good amount of knowledge as well as a good understanding of conspiracy theories, when he is there. The Hill Adjacent descendent is clearly the work horse behind the scenes. Not in his research or presentation of material, but more as the guy that makes it possible for us to enjoy it. He also dropped one of the best lines I have heard from the whole network recently in “Pots Tots”. Which needs a shirt btw. Hot Bob is the one I personally relate to most, with the Age of Empires references and love of all things baseball and war history. He does a good job with research and delivery of material and knows a decent amount of history. Even tho he went to a “squishy” school. I look forward to listening to the show every week. My bf is a long time drinkin bros fan and introduced me to this show about 6 months back and I honestly listen more than him now 😂 but maybe it’s that I’m a poor or my Jewish heritage (s/o Jake pls keep this job you need it) I’ve listened to almost every episode so far and never pay for subscriptions but this is the only show I’ve considered it for bc of their crazy dark and sarcastic humor that reminds me of my nerdy jock older brothers and frat bro friends and I love it. Highly recommend to the history girlies out there who appreciate a sarcastically controversial yet relatable content! Also pls do an episode about Brigham Young bc as a recovered Mormon, he did some f’d up pedo stuff that most ppl don’t know yet 3 unis named after the dude 🙃🤮
