I wanted to like this podcast… But the discussion trying to link these three teams together was so stretched and thin. My favorite line was “there’s nothing stopping the Pirates from being as good as these teams”. Well, there is and it’s Bob Nutting. I think I’ll spend my time elsewhere outside this house of mirrors.

I’m sorry, just this take alone immediately disqualifies this pod as a trustworthy source of Steelers takes. The team was immediately better when Kenny came in for Mitch and that was with KP taking zero 1st team reps last year. If you’re looking for good content on Steelers look elsewhere

I love the Steelers and want to like this podcast, but it is weak. The host struggles to talk in a coherent manner, his interview skills are severely lacking and they play the intro music too much. The main issue, though, is that they can’t seem to get the sound levels right. Last episode, Chris Carter was barely audible, but Brian Batko was loud.

Brian Batko is always interjecting unnecessary & smarmy commentary and negative, caustic comments that do zero to move the needle forward with respect to offering any intelligent insight or actual news. Please limit him to writing only. His attitude is unwelcome and damaging to your podcast format. ***** ADDENDUM 6/10/22 About 9 months from this review, and I’m pleased to report improvement in Batko’s podcasting style and content. He’s more informative, less inclined to play sarcastic comic. Keep it up.

Good podcast but the Steelers guys need to be much more timely, put the podcast up the day afterwards ok?

As an out-of-state Pittsburgh fan, I’ve been following the PG Steelers team for several seasons now. This podcast - specifically Brian and Ray’s shows - has been such a nice addition to the web stories. You guys are well-informed and have great podcast chemistry. I enjoy listening on my drives to/from work! Keep it up!

Have been a long time listener and finally decided to leave a review. My favorite day of every week is when this podcast gets dropped. My husband Joe and I love coming home from work and discussing the pod. I am a smarter sports fan for this podcast and would be a complete and utter fraud without it. I also enjoy talking about this with my coworker Dan. Normally people are jealous of our sports convos in the office because of this pod! Dan’s son Tres has even started listening! He’s becoming a true Yinzer and has mastered trade talk from the pod. Thank you Pittsburgh PG!!
