    She really is great at guiding you into a meditative state. So relaxing. It’s difficult to quiet the mind but she guides you into a deeper state than I’ve experienced before through guided meditation. So talented! Thank you!

    Great for sleep
    At first I listened to the sleep ones and fell asleep while following the exercise … one year later and I am out like a light before this woman gets through three sentences 🤣
