Brandel is great and I love him. 5 star. But Jaime is a commie and you can tell he’s kind of a hack when he talks. Show needs a new co-host.

Jamie Diaz is a writer for a reason. These episodes could be half their current length and much more interesting if a) Jamie could finish a thought, or a question or a sentence for God’s sake. I’m not blaming him for being dry. If he had the charisma of a living human he would’ve gone into broadcasting and not writing. b) I think this podcast would be much better if it had some kind of format or structure that kept things moving along. Like PTI for instance. If the producers of that show just said “Ok Tony, Mike for today’s show I want you guys to go out there and talk about sports for about 25 minutes or so. In fact I’ll tell you when to stop”. Now those 2 guys are very knowledgeable about sports and both are entertaining in their own way but it’s that PTI format that makes that show what is is both for the participants and the viewing audience. Brandel & Jamie could use a similar format or really any structure IMO.

chamblee is an idiot

One a month? With the pace at which golf is moving, that is not enough to be relevant. How about a podcast on the demise of the Golf Channel?

BC is not only an insightful source of golf news, rules and etiquette, he is right on the mark when it comes to life lessons. He is also a true gentleman when the camera is off. I had the opportunity to chat with him at the API a few times.

The only problem with this podcast is that there isn’t a new one every day.

He’s just another activist forcing his opinion on others and villainizing good people.

Love the pod. I think Brandel is low key motivating Brooks for the Masters in the last pod. Love it! I see you Brandel!

Love your analysis on everything golf!

Brandell is just stubborn or is it me? He seems that once he chooses a side he doesn’t seem to even acknowledge the other side may have a point. When I disagree with a point of view of his (and I share the view of Jamie and others), it is too frustrating for me to listen to him to absolutely not acknowledge our points may have some validity. So I won’t anymore. According to him, I and the others are wrong and he just won’t hear of that he being in the minority may mean we have a point. Everything is black and white with him. I’m done.

Love the content. Just wish it would be done more regularly. A lot has happened in golf in the few months since the last episode and I always check in hoping to see a new episode. I’ll keep waiting haha.

My only critique is, please do them more often!!!

This is one of my favorite podcasts. I love the banter and the insight into the game but it is not comfortable listen when Brandel constantly interrupts Jaime. I believe they both have good insights but there are times when Brandel speaks over Jaime and it is very uncomfortable for the listener.

I won’t pretend to agree with everything Brandel Chamblee or Jaime Diaz say on this podcast. But I love the depth of how they present their opinions. They bring light to all the wonderful nuances of the game of golf. The best thing I can say about this podcast is that I fall more in love with the game after I listen to it every time. I only wish there were more frequent episodes. Great podcast!

The content is an A+. But it’s 1 Star because horrible volume. Can’t listen in your car you can’t hear their voices. Like they’ve never recorded a podcast before.

I dont play golf at all but I can listen to Brandel all day. I love his honest commentary. He drills down to interesting facts and history that keeps me wanting more. And by the way he is from Irving, Tx not Dallas, lol.

Brandel is the best in golf analysis and Jaime does a good job of reeling him in when he starts to get a little wild. Sometimes there are too many interruptions.

Great podcast with Brandel’s deep analysis and knowledge base. He and Jaime don’t always see eye to eye and that adds value and interest. I’d give you a 5 if you had more episodes so 4 it is 😎

Good stuff, keep it coming...but please do something to adjust your volume levels. Any device I use, have to crank it up all the way just to hear anything.

Entertaining but very hard to hear, Brandel SPEAK UP!!! Someone turn up the volume.

Guys the content is great but it’s inaudible. Trying to listen on a train commute is impossible. Gotta get the sound mixing right.

I enjoyed your talk on who is the best Tiger or Jack. Jack has always been my favorite athlete in all of sports, not just for his achievements as a golfer but as a person. Let’s appreciate them both for their accomplishments, like LeBron or Michael-they’re both awesome and different let’s appreciate them both. I agree Tiger may have had a better 5 year run and Jack probably had a longer run of dominance. Tiger will never come close to 19 seconds in majors and Jack did not come close to Tiger’s 36 or 54 hole close rate. They are both great thinkers and competitors. When you say Tiger may be the better athlete I would say in their primes you would probably prefer to have Jack on your basketball, football, baseball and track team. Tiger looks better and could probably lift more weights but I would bet on Jack for athleticism. Tiger was always focused on golf and I think missed out on some of his childhood were Jack was more well rounded. Jack is always appropriate and a better husband. The new Tiger is much more mature and likeable. If Tiger doesn’t change his swing it may have been a different discussion but as it stands I’ll take Jack.

I mean, if you say you're doing a podcast then maybe once a week is expected. I was looking forward to this so I subscribed but disappointed in lack of frequency.

Best golf podcast I have listened too. Great debate and both Brandell and Jaime were awesome. Please make more ASAP!

I was looking forward to listening to this especially after enjoying Brandel's book. But the first podcast is too long covering too many subjects, dry with pretentious garble. Hope they can cover subjects such as instruction and history.

An absolutely awesome discussion between two extremely knowledgeable golf experts - the Jack vs. Tiger debate will live on, but the logic and explanation provided here was unbelievably thought-provoking. Every sports fan should listen, never mind just golf buffs.

no fun to listen to and not one laugh, smile or fun moment, seem to have forgotten that they are in the entertainment business. Should have listened to Bill Simmons before y'all put this up for public consumption. For those who want to a dry, statistical discussion you will love this! BC is like a day trader who lost all his money but thinks his system is still perfect. Have some fun life is too short

Brandel is my favorite & the best analyst in Golf. When Brandel elaborates I learn something new. Brandel is honest & non-biased in his analysis, his knowledge of the golf swing, statistical correlation & the history of the game is encyclopedic.

Looking forward to this. Two of the best at what they do.
