Otherwise, it could have been interesting.

    Wonderful until subscription required
The content and guests on these podcasts are amazing. I used to listen regularly to Living in 4D. However once this podcast became Spirit Gym, I am utterly disappointed in the decision to require a subscription model for the whole story. And there are still advertisements in the podcast! Why charge your loyal listeners when you have so much important information to share and so many other ways to earn income with your other offerings? Please rescind the Spirit Gym fee to listen and learn from your fascinating and amazing guests - the world has so much to learn and the fee is a barrier to that knowledge. Else I would have rates this a 5 star. Thank you!

    Overtook the interviewee
Paul! On the Sarah Elkhaldy interview, she asks you a question for clarity, and you answer with an 8 min lecture! I love the content of both of you. If you’re interviewing someone, interview them. If you want to lecture the audience, then just do that. Sarah is such a confident speaker that she was finally able to break in. That’s my take. Other people can disagree. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I’m really happy that the interview was then, again, transformed into a dialogue.

Does not allow guests to shine
I know this podcast deserves 4-5 stars and I love Paul's work, but sometimes I don't understand who invites who to this podcast. It's like a battle of lights and It feels like there's a resistance to the guests to shine in Paul's presence. He takes on too much when the whole reason for doing this show is to hear other points of view. I hope this gets addressed.

    Ok show, but…
A lot of commercials and this guy has a huge spiritual ego. On and on about how he’s done it all and he is all. Continual propounding upon his awesomeness.

I’m an avid podcast listener. Paul’s gifts have been elevating my life for years. It’s so amazing to me that all his knowledge and curiosity is available for the community. If you want to bring your unconscious beliefs into the light and decide to own or discard them: listen up. If he makes you mad, maybe you have a value or belief that has been challenged? Live well, my friends, question everything. Own what is yours, heal what is not.

This podcast is like a lighthouse during a storm
I love being able to listen to the wisdom from Paul and all his guests on the show. Whenever I need answers that rise above the confusion in the world, or guidance on evolving myself, I can count on finding it here. Thank you for creating this podcast!

    Had me in full until
He actually promoted Rogan and Tucker, . Probably forgot Musk. Must be a republican because can’t seem to get any personal information on this guy. Good points , but must be careful with traps. He says the truth but with very bad intentions. When you promote bad faith characters, you are no better than a cult.

    Soulfilling
I have been a longtime follower of Paul. I try to listen to most of the podcasts being that they are all full of relevant information not usually attainable without years of study. I appreciate the wisdom Paul blesses us with. The episode 271 was the last one I listened to and it spoke right to me. You know it’s what you need to hear when it intuitively talks to your soul. Keep up the excellent work most excellent mentor from afar.

    Best podcast in this Realm
I am so grateful for Paul’s wisdom and the variety of guests and topics covered. I have let it improve my life, which motivated me to read ‘Eat move and be Healthy’ and sign up for HLC1. I appreciate the depth of his spiritual background, it has help me reconcile what I feel is true in my own soul. The intro/end music makes me want to get up and dance. Thank you Paul for being the messenger this world needs!

    “Good girl?” Really?
I’ve heard so many great things about Paul, so I thought I’d give the podcast a listen. Minutes into interviewing the folks from Rise, he congratulates their female host, who is an adult, successful businesswoman, and nurse, on her choice for joining the Rise Podcast by saying, “good girl.” Ick. I’ll try listening again to more of the episode, but that was a major turnoff.

    Salicrow and Angie are phenomenal!
I have been listening to Paul’s podcast for some time now. Nearly every guest has an impactful message on my life. However, there are a couple that really knock it out of the park and this podcast was one of them. I hope you have them both back for many other shows. Would love to hear more from Angie specifically as it sounds like she has more things to say that we should know about.

    I never miss an episode!
I admire Paul and his team so much for spreading truth and it resonates on a level I feel every time I listen. It lifts my spirits and they are my tribe from a distance. Paul has wisdom well beyond his years and brings on guests who also are very wise and most I’d have never heard of and when he recommends anything I trust it. Thank you for all you do it IS making a difference in this world and in mine. AHO and namaste

    Love the Living 4D podcast!
I’m a weekly listener and have been for a long time now. I never miss an episode. I truly believe this is the best podcast out there. Paul and his guests have such knowledge and wisdom that they freely share. The best of the best!

    Love you Paul….but
Love you Paul! I’ve learned SO MUCH from you and your guests. I just ask that you please let your guests talk so we can really hear what they are saying… your frequent interjections make it so difficult for some guests to really open up and share their heart

    Love this Pod
This is hands down the best podcast that I listen to every week when it comes to holistic health. Paul is so knowledgeable about the body, mind, and spirit. I have learned so much just listening to him weekly. Hoping to study with him in the future.

Here is why you may find this podcast interesting:
I came to this podcast when I was really struggling to understand God. I found Paul on another podcast, where he’d spoken about his beliefs of God which were not only on par with the recent information I’d been grappling with, but approached calmly and with so much more information that answered the questions I had. That was when I was 20 years old! Now I am 23, and this podcast has been so much more to me than just a resource for understanding god and the universe… but the ultimate place for me to learn how to be a healthy and happy human being. Paul teaches people how to think, not what to think… and he offers AMAZING resources and INSPIRATION. Furthermore, finding a CHEK PRACTITIONER and studying to become one myself has rid me of psychosis, medications that never made me feel better, just numb, and hopelessness. Thank you Paul and the Chek institute, AHO

    Please Interview these amazing Humans
I wanted to give this a 6 or 7 star review but unfortunately I’ll have to bring it down to a 5 star rating. The reason is that Paul has not yet interviewed the following people: 1. Anthony William - Medical Medium 2. Andrew Huberman 3. Dr. Jack Kruse 4. Ben Patrick aka KneesOverToesGuy 5. Derek from More plates more dates If he interviews them, then I will gladly raise the rating. Thank you.

    A wise elder for everyone
Listening to Paul is always insightful. Been following him for years. Filled with wisdom and experience. Speaks from his heart and is authentic. Listen to his advice and your health and life will be better for it.

    Ego stuff
I want to love this podcast because it has great guests and Paul has a breadth of knowledge and experience, however I think it would land much better if he would stop talking about himself so much and interrupting his guests.
  • Cute kids mom
    The biggest narcissist
With visual and auditory evidence that this man is the most narcissistic person I’ve ever seen, it’s no wonder that he had to make his own certification program that has no recognition from experts outside his own school. He takes half researched evidence and incorporates it into holistic lifestyle programs. Most evidence points away from his approaches and practices. He only lines things up with his personal beliefs and looks for evidence that supports it. Most of these interviews he is looking for validation for his own beliefs. And most interviews are not about his guest, but his own need for validation. I might even say they are interviews of Paul Chek from the intended interviewee. Each episode I’ve listened to almost makes me sick just listening to his egotism.

    Always a learning experience!!!
Throughout the years, since my interest in my own health, in awakening to something more in this life than what has been handed down. I have found Paul’s podcast which led me to his YouTube classes, and, of course, the institute itself to be very beneficial to guiding me and giving me options to enhancing my life in a full spectrum benefit of ways. This podcast teaching about the benefits of Saul and actually almost as necessary as water. There’s so many wonderful sustainable, and health inducing products that I have gotten through Paul with the generosity of the guest, giving us listeners/students a discount in the opportunity to partake of these wonderfully amazing supplements to health! Thank you, Paul and the Chek Institute!

    The best
Paul’s depth of knowledge, clinical experience and wide ranging wisdom hits home in every episode. As the godfather of the wellness movement his heart to heal the world shines through in the topics he discusses and the people he interviews.

    Guest Suggestion: Estas Tonne
Hi, Paul! I know you like music and have a strong spiritual connection to life. There’s a guitarist who plays very impressive songs that can easily take you on a spiritual journey. His name is Estas Tonne. His music helps me to meditate and connect with energy. Every time I watch his videos, it really seems like he’s in complete alignment with his soul and the hearts of everyone in the audience. His music is somewhat etheric. I hope this introduces you to a beautiful opportunity to talk with him. Love, Peace, and Qi, - Zack

    Life Changing, Every Week
It is not an exaggeration to say that this podcast consistently educates & informs the growth I want for my life, spiritually, physically, mentally etc. Paul’s energy is visceral, whether he’s lecturing alone or connecting with a guest, and it inspires a great deal of how I intend to connect with people. This podcast is a treasure trove of new experiences and strategies for our collective evolution… I’m grateful every day (and week) for the production of this podcast. To that end, it really changes my life.

    Excellent Interviewees (but Interviewer Interrupts!!)
The Content and Interviewees of this Podcast are Phenomenal(!) BUT I’m VERY disturbed by the primary Interviewer (Paul Check) who CONSTANTLY repeatedly interrupts and speaks alongside the Interviewer throughout the entirety of EVERY interview!! He’s aware of it, because his voice is quieter in the background, BUT he ceaselessly “Interrupts” the Interviewees!! Professionally, it’s extremely rude. Some guests even get distracted from what they’re saying. It’s a VERY “BAD Habit”, and I hope Paul seeks helps for this VERY Disturbing quirk!! 😬🤦🏼‍♀️

The Best of the Best - Paul Check with Ian Morris (x2)
Quite literally I felt like I was eavesdropping on a conversation between longterm friends when I heard Paul and Ian’s first podcast together (#156), so I was even more enthusiastic to hear what would happen when they got back together (#216). The conversation is at once revealing but it’s as if it’s shedding light on something you always knew but thought you might be the only one who knew. Like revisiting an old book and getting parts that were previously overlooked. Paul’s willingness to explore the process of how Ian creates is a brilliant exploration of what I can only describe as a masterpiece. Could this be what it felt like to witness Picasso paint? I can only guess, but I am grateful to have the opportunity. I can’t say enough how blessed I am to have access to such stimulating and inspiring dialogue. Thank you Paul and thank you Ian! I love you both!

ANYBODY READING THIS SHOULD DO THEMSELVES A FAVOR TO DIVE INTO THIS PODCAST. Paul, I love you brother. Your spirit has helped guide me and helped me grow in the most important of ways. Never would I’ve thought that passively listening to anything would have the impact it has but.. BOY am I open to the possibilities now :). You have a true friend in me and I will continue to spread, integrate and implement your podcast and your messages and lessons for myself and to as many people as I can touch.. that is if they are open enough to seek these truths ;). Great Education
I can’t praise this podcast too highly, what an incredible education I’m receiving. So much heartfelt information and knowledge, fascinating guests. My only problem with it is trying to keep up with all the books I want to purchase! I love Paul’s laugh, what a joyful being he is, thank you.

Such a wealth of knowledge and strategy!
Paul is truly a healer in every sense of the word. This podcast explores topics that have a hard time finding exposure and get to the real root cause of a lot of issues in health. I’ve learned so much from his holistic teachings and would highly recommend.

Take out your note book and listen!
Dear Paul, blessings to you and everyone you have on the show. I always leave with a big smile and hope in my heart after every dialogue. However, you are beating a dead horse with the pandemic rhetoric. I agree with your viewpoints, and you’ve expressed them over the past five episodes; all we ask is, please let it go, and let’s move forward.

    Pick and choose episodes
I’ve enjoyed a few episodes and others are deep end wacky. The knowledge base of Paul Chek is diverse and I’d definitely listen to more episodes that are fact based and nutrition/wellness focused. A recommendation would be bringing on some guests that are from different backgrounds, I think there could be some really meaningful conversations that could bridge a lot of differences.
  • YoginiKaren
    PLEASE SHUT UP PAUL CHEK
Some very intereting guests are invited onto this podcast but Paul Chek doensn't them talk. He is in love with the sound of his own voice and it's incredibly tedious...he is immature, insecure and couldn't be more 3D despite obviously believing himself to be uber evolved.

Ever since I first listened to Paul (at Aubrey Marcus podcast) I was extremely excited to listen to all the wisdom he shared. I was even more thrilled to learn he also had a podcast. I have listened to most of Paul’s episodes, and since than my bank of knowledge has highly increased, optimizing my well being and my family. As well as opened up my mind to many other areas to pay attention to.
