I cannot recommend this pod enough. Danielle and Adam have really done the work on relationships, but in this current political climate, Danielle’s words are so very important. I feel less alone in my fear and rage. The pod reminds us all what is really at stake right now and how being a bystander is not enough anymore. Highly recommend!!!!

I love this couple and their honest expressions of what it’s like to be married for any length of time (especially longer periods !!) and raise a family and not lose who you are and what you really want from life (for yourself and the people you love). The breadth of topics is wide, helpful and entertaining- intimacy, body image, tips on real communication in a relationship, parenting, advocating for your loved ones and community.

I listen to the podcast on my way to work. It’s enjoyable and helpful. It actually opened me up to working more with my partner and making our marriage better. I would see certain things and hear what Danielle spoke of and relate to them both as an individual and also as a mother and wife. It’s important to hear Adam’s side as well which provides me with an opinion that my husband may have. Some of the best episodes are her children sharing experiences as well. A well rounded podcast for any woman and couple needing to understand themselves and each other.

I used to listen more when it was actually about the two of them navigating their lives together. She has become insufferable. I started to be turned off when Danielle had a problem with men listening to Joe Rogan. In a million years I wouldn’t say what my husband can or cannot listen to. Lately it has become way too political and annoying.

I have been following Danielle and Adam for many years now. They are the most down to earth, truly inspiring people. I love the way they are so open about their struggles and life in general. I feel seen and loved every minute of this podcast. I feel safe. Every time they talk, they are so respectful and kind to each other. They are always very transparent about their relationship. They talk about all kind of issues in the world. This is the best show ever.

Enjoy listening to the episodes of “Marriage and Martinis” as they keep it real with every episode. As in life, I might not agree with everything, but appreciate the fact they are willing to touch on so many topics that are often not spoken about. Though I started listening for the marriage and family aspects, thoroughly enjoyed the episode on speaking up in this political time.

I appreciate everything they put out. Their vulnerability is rare and so helpful these days.

…but that’s exactly the point. Raw, relatable, and humanity-affirming.

I listened painfully through five episodes. That poor man! I can only assume a divorce would cost him too much, because she has to be intolerable to live with. She cuts him off if she doesn’t like what he’s saying, and everything turns into a gender issue. Can the man have his own opinion? All Danielle does is whine and shoves her one sided politics down everyone’s throats. For someone who claims to fight for human rights, she has no issue slinging insults at anyone who doesn’t align with her views. Hypocrisy much? Why do we give people like this a platform?

You should not talk about other Podcaster. Just because Joe Rogan does no have an equal amout of woman does not mean that his content is not good. He seems to look at both sides. Also I don’t feel like this lady likes her husband, I don’t know but that’s how I feel about this show.

Went to this after seeing in cbs Sunday morning ( should’ve been my first clue) briefly listened to a couple of episodes and it was constant whining and moaning about politics and vacations. Personally I’m glad they didn’t divorce because then they would and could spread their pettiness about their lives to others. 🤦🏻

Completely disappointed in the first episode. Was watching CBS this morning and this podcast came up. It’s another Trump derangement personality. Get over it I’ll not bother listening to this miserable nonsense. What is bad about constitutional law and yes she’s a division in itself. Zero on ratings don’t bother .

Danielle called me out on Insta for not bothering to write a review til I didn’t like one which was a fair point. While I did find the two political episodes hard to listen to for reasons stated, I appreciate that the podcast offers a vulnerable view into a real couple’s discussions and arguments. The way I see it, Danielle is not always in the right, and neither is Adam, which is what makes it real. Worth a listen. Original review: I used to like the podcast and enjoy following on Instagram, but man this and last week’s episodes were tough to listen to. Adam isn’t allowed to have an opinion or viewpoint different than Danielle without her shaming him or threatening their marriage bc he’s so morally corrupt. It must be exhausting to live with her if this type of conversation is as constant as it sounds like it is. Hopefully they can find their way back and this is just a short diversion.

We need more people not just women fighting for rights. It’s not just a kid issue, trans issue, gay issue, cancer issue, black issue, Asian issue, immigrant issue, poor issue, climate issue, white issue, drug issue, women’s issue… these are HUMAN ISSUES and deserve to be fought for. We’re only here for a short period of time, let’s work together and make this world work better FOR EVERYONE! Thanks Danielle for showing up in podcasts to have those tough convos and fighting online as well. I would take a million of you any day over Joe Rogan or Charlie Kirk!

This podcast...beautiful, open, raw, funny. I can’t get enough. I listen while I workout, get ready for the day, wash dishes, fold laundry, pick kids up from school. I’ve been a fan of your podcast for awhile. But I’m disappointed in the political ranting. Honestly, I know you won’t miss one listener but I wanted to share my perspective as someone who really enjoyed your podcast. There are plenty of spaces of political debate but I listened to your podcast for marriage and family content, not politics. I hope you’ll consider refocusing your podcast on the topics that originally made your podcast great.

I used to really enjoy this podcast. However, I am going to unsubscribe. It used to be interesting to hear Adam and Danielle navigate things that we all experience. But over time, Danielle just became a chronic complainer, often berating Adam for any minor infraction r disagreement. It became almost uncomfortable. Then she started focusing almost solely on her instagram videos that were supposed to be funny and there were often weeks at a time with no new podcast episodes. The last straw for me was when she posted a video about the upcoming election. I shared an opposing view and just saw that I have been blocked. How childish. Only seeing your own side of an issue and being unwilling to civilly listen to the other side is the reason why there is such discord in society these days. This one is a zero stars for me. Good luck Adam.
