    Very Useful Info Every Episode
When I hear Liz say, "Hello Friends!" I know I’m going to get some helpful tips and info over the next hour or so delivered in a friendly and accessible way. Liz is always so kind and considerate to her guests and her listeners. Yes, some episodes are directed at female listeners, but as a 50yo guy I still get a huge amount out of most episodes, and I’m often sharing them with my wife and daughter.

    Everyone should listen
The content Liz puts out is a wonderful blend of actionable, educational and engaging. It is actionable, encouraging individuals to invest in themselves. It is educational; I can confidently say that I learn at least one new thing each time I listen. And it is engaging: Liz has an immersive speaking style which ensures that I genuinely pay attention throughout the episode; I even tune in during the ads! 10/10

    Great Guests
The Liz Moody Podcast introduced me to guests that made an incredible impact on my family’s health and well-being. Beginning way back with the Gut Health MD episode, this content has changed the way I think about food. The Glucose Goddess and Being Brigid taught me so much about blood sugar regulation. And fast forward all the way to Casey Means and mitochondrial health….Incredible content that always keeps me coming back for more. Thank you!!

    A must listen
I’ve been listening to this podcast since the “Healthier Together” days, and I still listen every single week! It’s full of interesting research, personal stories, and simple takeaways that have changed my life for the better. It’s the show I share most with friends. One of my favorite ways to share is by listening with my spouse or close friend on long car rides, and pausing to chat about specific things we’re learning from the episode. Try it out if you’re curious! You won’t be disappointed.

    Update: STILL love this podcast
Update: I’ve been listening to the Liz moody podcast since 2019 or 2020 and still listen at least once a week. Love the show and recommend it to anyone and everyone! Liz is so real it honestly feels like listening to a friend interview some awesome individuals. This podcast talks about the things we’re all wondering about - how to better take care of ourselves, our relationships, and the world. Liz also makes it a point to get concrete advice on these topics which is huge because a lot of times episodes like these end and you feel great and inspired but you realize you have no idea what to do with those feelings. I discovered this show about 6 months ago and am so glad I did! Keep putting out great content Liz!!

Add Liz’s podcast to your rotation!
Years ago (8-10?) a friend mentioned following Liz Moody on instagram and loving her annual birthday posts “31 things I’ve learned in 31 years”. That’s how I got introduced to Liz, and have been a happy listener since. Liz has carved out such a wholesome, fun and informative platform through her podcast. She routinely has credible doctors and experts on, and my favorite part is she asks her followers what what questions/topics to cover. She’s so in touch with her community, it feels like listening to a friend give reliable, actionable advice. Her podcast covers the waterfront on all things “wellness” and is organized easily for listeners to hear Liz ask burning / top of mind questions and to get pragmatic tips from her guests. Would recommend following her show - she is bound to cover a topic you’ll find of interest. Thanks for the great work, Liz!

Liz brings the good and honest truth in a crazy world!
There is an overwhelming amount of information out there about health, wellness, relationships, sex, etc and it is huge to feel a level of confidence and trust in who you listen to, which is exactly how I feel when I listen to Liz’s podcast and read her content on social media. She is fully trustworthy and transparent and it is hugely comforting and also inspiring for me. When I’m not sure about a health trend I always defer to Liz.

    Great podcast!
I am not a huge fan of podcasts as I’d rather listen to my audiobooks but the way Liz interviews her guests is so engaging and informative. I love that she is not afraid to ask the hard questions and really helps her listeners understand the material at hand.

    So informative!
A lot of info packed into each episode which can be overwhelming but I feel like she does a good job of breaking it down and repeating what she heard. Also such a wide range of topics there is literally something for everyone or any topic you’re interested in

    Liz Moody Podcast
I really struggle with most podcasts, I either find the host’s voice annoying or just get bored with the content but I really enjoy listening to the Liz Moody podcast! She is easy to listen to and she gives practical and achievable advice. Worth a listen!
  • Tianamariec
    The refreshingly low-pressure wellness podcast
I love this podcast and that it feels so “no pressure” when I listen. Liz hosts these conversations in a way that helps me feel free to listen and learn without needing to apply EVERYTHING for ~~ABSOLUTE PEAK WELLNESS AND PERFECTION~~ like so many other wellness podcasts that end up giving me that anxious “never enough” feeling. I especially love episode 98 about hacking our dopamine, such helpful explanation that’s gives me the knowledge to motivate myself to make better decisions by reframing my “why” for daily habits!
  • Racherpeg

I love listening to Liz’s podcast! She has a great approach to interviewing experts in different fields. Her interviews with doctors and researchers are particularly helpful. ❤️
Love that this podcast has lots of information but delivered in a really palatable way!
  • ALV LDN
    Greatly improved!
UPDATED REVIEW: not sure what changed but I continued to stick with the podcast and feel as though Liz’s interview skills have grown tremendously. She asks very thoughtful questions and asks for specific info from guests as opposed to settling for the same talking points many of them give on other Dear Media podcasts. The guests may not always cooperate, but I applaud Liz for trying to get something different from them - thanks Liz! Awesome guests but I had to take off a star for the fact that Liz tends to speak over guests or interject her own opinion instead of letting them continue their thoughts. It feels like she’s only listening so that she can then share HER perspective, which is frustrating when you tune in to hear what one of her guests has to say. I’m sure she means well and is just excited to share her POV, but as a listener, it’s frustrating.
  • Shakdhhhh
    Feeling a little different lately
I love the pod and Liz but a few Instagram posts lately have felt really off. Specifically around recent tragedies (the fire was when I first noticed it) and her most recent post about “if you’re feeling nervous about flying right now listen to my episode about turbulence and you’ll feel better!” feels extremely tone deaf in wake of the recent tragedy. Hoping this will be some good constructive criticism because I know her intentions are good.
  • etuot
    Practical and fascinating!
I LOVE listening to this podcast! Liz is incredibly skilled at interviewing her guests, and asks amazing follow-up questions in order to fully understand each topic and give all of us practical, real-world ways to implement change in our live, many of which we can apply within 5 minutes! I have learned so much since I started listening to this podcast and love discussing episodes with my friends. Thank you for creating such an amazing space of learning and growing!!

    Best health podcast out there
Real science - Liz brings in on trustworthy experts and actual doctors. She is open to new things but fact checks and reads studies herself. I trust her sources more than other podcasts which are more sensational and less backed in fact and science. Plus she’s a lovely host!
