    Takes Me Right Back
I ran across your podcast randomly this past week and I have already devoured about 15 episodes including the LEGENDARY Victoria Caroline Beckham.

    The Danni of Podcasts!
Now, I’m not The Guardian but this must be in the 1000 podcast you must listen to before you die! You may feel like the 00s are so yesterday, but David and Joel are here to remind you that there are no guilty pleasures, only pure unadulterated joy. They'll transport you straight to the glittering, glorious world of Pop Planet, where the facts flow faster than a torrent of glitter-infused confetti. After a deep dive you’ll know know all the middle named Ann’s of the pop world, the charting positions of your favs in New Zealand, and you’ll never watch a music video again without noticing the ancient art of flaming farts. We need a RBAY! 20p Music Prize, a yearly RBAY! compilation album, and a limited-edition vinyl release of 'Conversations with Heidi and Kimberley'. And as for episode requests? I've got a riddle for you, boys: 'I shall be there, and oh babe, I hope you got a PhD’.

These gays are tellin it how it is!
That Furtado “Loose” episode speaks to be as though it came to me from within my soul. There will never be another like her. Take me back to 2006 so I can experience that kind of pop music perfection once more! Great episode and great show in general!

I have been listening to you guys for so long now, since you guys did the 20th Anniversary of Forever episode and it left me coming back for more! Ever since the pandemic, my job has forced us to work dreadfully overnight but i swear you guys make it way better especially when Joel does his Dannii Minogue and Mel B impersonations. Also, thank you guys for helping me dive deeper into the international artists that couldn’t quite make a dent here in America and more importantly i love how you guys go so hard for Victoria! I don’t understand why over the years, even within the Spice community, she’s gotten so much hate especially as a vocalist and a solo artist. Do you think you guys would do a Brandy episode in the future? Anyways keep going, I’m loving every minute of it!

My new UK best friends in my head
I am so thankful for this podcast! As an American with a love of UK pop culture it is a great listen to fill in all the moments I missed in the 2000’s. I have binged all the episodes and am obsessed with Joel’s accents. Hoping that we get a 20 years of Willa Ford episode soon. -zacharyadam from San Francisco

    Legit iconic ✨
As an American who loves pop music from not only the Y2K era, but also from other parts of the world, this podcast is a dream come true. Words can’t describe how much I listen to this podcast on a daily basis, all of the episodes these guys have released have been on artists I love like the Spice Girls, Destiny’s Child, The Minogue sisters, Gwen Stefani, Sugababes, 3LW, JoJo, Stacie Orrico, Ashley Tisdale, Christina Milian, etc. I feel like I made a couple of friends who have the same sense of humor and taste in music as me! I recommend this podcast 150%! If there was an episode I could request, I want an Aaliyah episode!

    It’s oh so natural…..
So I only listen to podcasts when traveling on a plane because I typically don’t have time, well, recently I traveled which gave me three opportunity to listen and I binged all the Right Back At Ya pods and honestly I fell in love. The taste of music between the hosts and myself are so similar. However, when the Nicola episode dropped I took time out of my day to listen and was not disappointed! I will surely keep up more regularly as I feel like I found somewhere I belong. 10/10 would recommend.

    Pop Til You Drop
There was a huge scandal in the US on the A-Teens’ website back in 02. Everyone hated the cover of the album and thought it was a joke!

Baby loving (this podcast) come easily to me…..
Some people do yoga. Some people meditate. I listed to David and Joel! Both are as knowledgeable about 90s/2000s pop, as they are charming. Their personalities shine through and have the loveliest rapport. Also, as an American who was a teenager in the 90s I love the UK and Aussie perspective on pop culture they provide. Thank you so much, David and Joel!! PS: I am so thankful my brother turned me on to the pod. He and I were/are huge S Club 7 fans and can be seen singing along to ‘Natural’ on their Front Row Center show!! PSS: Can we hangout when you guys make it to New Zealand one day?! Xo

    SATURYAY!
Boys - I’ve been missing a podcast like this, a podcast that discusses a pop moment and dives into the details. I love the Saturdays and I have felt they deserved so much more than they got. Your representation of them provides so much resolution and closure. Can’t wait to dive into more episodes! ❤️

ain’t no party like an s club party!
listening to the two part, episodic trip down memory lane, was fantastic! being an american s club fan has always been the worst. they were greatly under appreciated here, and access to their music was heavily limited (don’t get me started on ((not)) touring here). thankfully i knew my way around downloading songs, and risking catching a virus to burn it all on to a cd (😬). s club came into my life after i lost my dad when i was 7. i became very isolated, and found comfort and support in their tv series/music. i know it sounds cheesy, but it’s great to know there are others who also found a safe space with this particular pop group. they always felt like my little secret. my light. again, thank you, boysss ❤️

Giving me everything, all that joy can bring, this I swear!
This podcast gives me everything I ever wanted to know about in life from a British and Australian perspective. Being American there are many gems of info I never even knew before!! Great chemistry between the hosts, too!
