Highly recommend for anyone looking to feel revitalized!

Good Plant MiamOkayGreat content, but unfortunately he tends to talk too much and make the interviews more about himself. The Better Health Guy podcast demonstrates how an interview, for the sake of the listener, should be done. Ask excellent and concise questions, then listen.

218 northern explorerPacked with actionable strategies and evidence based dataAri is my favorite source for evidence-based insights on boosting energy and combating fatigue. The Energy Blueprint Podcast offers powerful, unbiased advice that goes beyond generic health tips. The information I’ve learned has transformed my life, and my family members lives. For anyone serious about transforming their energy levels and overall well-being, I highly recommended this podcast, and any of Ari’s books or programs!

stradaliteEmpoweringIf you are overwhelmed by all the biohacking tools and supplements for longevity and yearn for a more simplistic approach, this podcast is perfect. Ari is an original thinker that does not conform to mainstream trends or dietary tribes. He explores the rudimentary principles for an energetic lifestyle stacked with common sense and healthy habits.

Kristen in AustinSubstantive and Actionable Health PodcastI’ve been listening to Ari for years and he is right over the target. He consistently puts out high quality interviews on longevity, training, metabolism and healing. This recent 2023 podcast w Dale Bredesen was one of the best. I love how he brings out the best info from these docs. He mildly challenges where appropriate but fully lets them explain and finish their thoughts. It feels like no stone is left unturned and we are given plenty to put into practice. TY Ari and GO MITOCHONDRIA!

FsgoulartThumbs down, thumbs up!Dr Chestnut is a disappointment. Conspiracy theory, hyperbole, sweeping unsubstantiated ideas and nothing new to add to the conversation. Dr. Fuhrman by contrast was terrific. Deep thinking, new ideas and every statement backed up.

Rebecca.OExceptional podcastI’m not even sure how I stumbled on the Energy Blueprint, but I have found the podcasts to be wonderfully informative. I’m grateful for the transcripts because I prefer to read than listen. Many of the concepts I have not seen elsewhere, and I have been into natural health for a long time. I appreciate the scientific rigor that Ari brings to the table and the way he politely plays the devils advocate with guests. If someone is making extraordinary claims, Ari proposes potential alternative explanations to allow for a deeper exploration of the topic. This is the heart of the scientific method - it creates meaningful dialogue that allows for more intellectual honesty. Much appreciated!

Maggie2023!!Good informationThis podcast provides cutting edge health info. Podcaster could be a bit more humble.

I also love that he is very knowledgeable yet humble, his interviews are thought provoking and inspiring. Thank you for your amazing work Ari!

cth451Must listen to episodesIf you’re looking for research-backed strategies to overcome fatigue and dramatically improve your energy levels- the Energy Blueprint podcast with Ari Whitten is a great place to start. If you’re not familiar with Ari’s work, I’d recommend listening to his 2 part interview with his mentor Dr. James Chestnut - Nutrition and Lifestyle vs. Medicine- The Best Approach To Your Health. It’s an overview of Ari’s philosophy on health and the foundational elements he learned from Dr. Chestnut. Both episodes share practical tips and strategies that help people take control their health and not rely solely on doctors and pills.
-
KittensnarkyTop Notch Research and PresentationsAri Whitten shows his dedication to authenticity, true research, genuine concern for all, and a sincere passion for health and humanity.

Danny DreyerAuthor, Coach, Personal Trainer, public speakerAri’s interview style is brilliant. He manages to ask many questions that most interviewers don’t think of. He really makes the interviewee dig deeper for answers, and it usually ends up exposing much more about the person than the audience might have gotten with a lesser interviewer. It was wonderful being interviewed by such an astute and curious person, open to new ideas.

MariaMurrayExcellent Health ExpertI feel Ari is my personal health expert through his podcasts and I’ve been listening to him for years and starting with reading his excellent book The Ultimate Guide to Red Light. Thousands of dollars later with now owning red light panels, buying his supplements and buying supplements and books from his guests I’ve had to put myself on a “Ari” budget! I’m saving up for Kashif Khan’s DNA analysis and Dr. Andrew Hill’s Neurofeedback. Some of my favorites...Morley Robbins Root Cause Protocol, Dr. Loretta Brewing The Secrets To A Happy Brain
-
Emmao567Awesome podcastAri brings his A-game to each and every episode. He’s not afraid to interject and play devils advocate with his guests. But at the same time he is a great listener and asks excellent questions. I always learn a ton and he’s a pleasure to listen to - he has a really nice voice, as an added bonus!
-

Iq4uExcellentThere are a lot of podcasts out there and many repeat the same go-to people to rotate around them. Ari has very interesting and unique people that are clearly experts in their fields. My health has benefited from these The Energy Blueprint podcasts.

Noe M.O.M.TrustworthyAri hosts some great thinkers in the health space, but I always trust him to ask top-notch questions to validate the opinions shared. His recent two podcasts with Dr. James Chestnut were above and beyond, and I anxiously await #3 snd #4!!
-
TedBurlesonGreat podcastMy favorite parts are when you play devils advocate and get clarification on the inevitable questions that follow when learning new things.
-
Hopeful1mhaMy "can't miss" podcastAri brings on experts from a variety of different perspectives, not just the ones he personally subscribes to, in order to really understand the latest in the world of natural health. I appreciate his interview style, including when he plays "devil's advocate" in order to really flesh out the issues and come to a deeper understanding of the topic at hand. Thank you Ari for your commitment to going deep and helping us to think more clearly about the topics that most impact our health.
-
Lisa StefCan’t Remember Where I First Heard AriBut I didn’t find his podcast first! I bought 2 of his programs. After I bought the first, his Energy Blueprint, my hubby lost his job. Ari refunded my money and let me keep the program!!!! He is so smart and interviews such smart people, but I appreciate how Ari is always trying to make it so the lay person can understand too!! Lastly, I love how Ari loves what he does and is so grateful he gets to do it!!

Health Conscious 27My Favorite Health PodcastAri’s podcasts are sometimes sophisticated, cutting edge and sometimes more practical but always worth your time. He is a very thoughtful interviewer who is not afraid to challenge or just present an alternative view and get the expert’s take. I appreciate his balanced, unbiased style. He always comes across as completely authentic in his love of the science of health as his main goal with these podcasts. I have gotten actionable information that has improved my health and saved me thousands of dollars! I hope you continue doing this for a long long time 🙏🏼

LBR.Affable, Engaging & Impactful! In an era where inner solace and quality of life are sought en masse in myriad forms, and so many of us become steeped and ensconced in wellness podcasts, informative and inspirational columns, masterclasses galore and a bevy of offerings promoting growth, oneness and healing, Ari is a refreshing standout and affable interviewer who asks gutsy and relevant questions which most hosts don’t explore! His relatability shines through quite beautifully vis-à-vis the man’s humble and genuine style, coupled with his expressed gratitude for being connected to his expert guests, in tandem with his own evident desire to expand and acquire their insight right along with his listeners. Incorporating humor, and a seamless ability to encapsulate varied themes and multidimensional tenets and takeaways from those on his podcast, The Energy Blueprint is always an experience which lends to learning, some laughter, and “a light going off” in some illuminating and helpful way, as Ari brings guidance and elevation to us all! Whether querying the fabulous Qi Gong master Lee Holden, presenting irreverent periodontal experts and showcasing their perspectives on oral care and much else, exploring thyroid health and a wide gamut of wellness, (told from those led to their functional and integrative practices due to their own discoveries or journeys and navigation of ailments, past trauma, and struggles); or sharing his own mentors and their chiropractic knowledge and reinvigorating angularities - or most recently introducing us all to a wonderfully articulate woman and her concept of sexual activity connecting us to The Divine - (the latter terrific delivery serving as the latest edition); Ari’s “ENERGY” is such a welcoming one and his podcasts are an absolute joy to take in!

celine jeanne marieBest Podcast on healthThe Energy Blueprint is my favorite podcast related to health. I love the diversity of guests and frameworks presented on this podcast. Ari has a very inquisitive mind and often challenges his guests’ theories/approaches. And though he himself owns a supplement company, there’s no direct advertisement on his episodes. This is a breath of fresh air! Really! This podcast is worth your time and attention!
-

lahpicGreat Interviewer and Very InformativeAri is an excellent interviewer. He is careful to cover all aspects of a topic, being cognizant of his own biases and the biases of his audience to achieve a well rounded view of various issues and subjects. He is diligent to explore factual information and challenges the status quo without coming across as a conspiracy theorist. When he has on multiple guests with differing opinions, he moderates well during passionate disagreements. The topics he covers go in depth and has brought great discoveries to my life. I love to learn about our amazing bodies and being and Ari delivers high quality content. Thanks Ari for bringing such solid information to the masses!!!
