Only discovered this podcast recently and its just the greatest for a fan of Metallica since the 80’s. I love hearing the guests and the host discuss band history and their show experiences.

Been trying hard to find a good podcast to listen to as all my friends listen to podcasts but I’ve never been able to find one that really works for me. The search is over! This podcast is an absolute banger and you won’t regret tuning in!

I started listening about one year ago and heard new stories that just showed how much these guys love Metallica. I was blown away by the professional content. Keep it going guys!

I listen to numerous podcasts (music, sports, news and politics) and this is the one I most look forward to every Monday! Clint is both knowledgeable and funny. There are regular guests (Paul? And recently Johnny Sword) who also bring a lot to the table. Additionally Clint also gets special guests who bring unique insights to share. If you want to gain knowledge of Metallica and be entertained at the same time, look no further than “Metal Up Your Podcast”!

I’ve listened since the beginning and they’ve had the best Tallica pod since the beginning. Also the TLC that goes into it is definitely much appreciated. Also it’s still just as good since Ethan left. He’s missed but Clint still does a great job with either just himself or guests.

You can feel the love that Clint and Ethan put into the podcast over the years and I’m super excited that Clint decided to continue on solo.

MUYP thoughtfully analyzes every facet of Metallica's history, and each event as it has occurred, over the last 6.5 years. Clint has a unique perspective as a professional touring musician and song writer, which allow him to deftly describe aspects of the music and life on the road to his audience. He is a skilled interviewer with good instincts on when to probe and when to banter. In the spirit of the Metallica Family, the podcast has developed what was called a "cultish following" by Sam Hart in Metal Injection. It has fostered community that extends far beyond weekly episodes. I owe several of my most significant friendships to Metal Up Your Podcast. Ethan, Clint’s cohost for the first six+ years, is sorely missed, yet I’m so glad the show continues into a new chapter.

This is the best Metallica podcast. Clint is a touring musician, I have zero musical talent or knowledge, so it’s nice to hear his perspective on things. He is a huge Metallica fan, but he’s not a fan boy. He will openly talk about things he is not a fan of, but he’s not a “true“ gatekeeper. He is very welcoming and it’s a great interviewer

I’m not much of a podcast girlie but these guys have me hooked!! I have been listening to them for the past few months during work and they are awesome. I love their amazing commentary, chemistry, humor, and of course content on Metallica and other things as well. Even when they get off track I am still engaged. If you wanna dive deeper into this amazing band this is definitely the podcast for it!

One of the best podcasts ever! Not only is it super insightful but also hilarious! Clint and Ethan (and of course …Paul!?!?) do a great job exploring all aspects of the mighty Metallica but do it in a way that draws you in and makes you feel a part of the conversation. I’ve been listening since early on but just now getting a chance to post a review, I look forward to every Monday for the new episode.

This is by far the best podcast out there. These guys talk about one of my favorite metal bands of all time and they keep me laughing. I’m only on episode 70 I think but I am determine to catch up. Take the time to listen to a few episodes and decide for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

There is no other MetallicA podcast that matters! Clint and Ethan have put in the time and energy for us the fans and it definitely shows. Strap in for the ride because it’s a fun enjoyable one.

You won't forget that they're actual musicians since they remind you of this every 45 seconds. Occasionally, they even talk about Metallica and it can be interesting and and fun when they do -- but, unfortunately there's often lots of inaccuracies and lately they've resorted to mean spirited attacks.

I just started listening to this podcast and let me tell you, it’s probably the best podcast I’ve listen to, I’m only on number 58 out of almost 300 episodes! It’s so informative, never leaving you board, also very funny! Clint and Ethan are true masters of their craft and know how to keep a listener hooked! Keep up the good work guys
