Verno is the best thing going in Memphis sports radio right now. Roser and Devin give you the “gang’s all here” vibes throughout the show. I always enjoy the banter, how they’re able to joke with one another, yet still be knowledgeable and share unique Memphis-based perspectives on our teams as well as the national stuff. A friend asked me when I stopped listening to the radio. I told him it was when Verno left 92.9. Long time listener and will continue to enjoy it. As a teacher, one of my favorite parts about the show is getting to watch the show on YouTube from home during my Summer break. Keep up the good work fellas. Thanks for repping our city.

Out of all the current Grizzlies podcasts, only one felt the professional obligation to post a podcast after the game six loss to LA. It’s as if the other remaining podcasts adopted Dillon Brook’s media avoidance mentality. I look at y’all as dispensers of information, not front runners or frauds. I’m disappointed in you.

Just babbling at this point. I listen to podcast that is always late to current events but how about a guest or something insightful? Just seems lazy show prep to me. I went to college with Chris Vernon. He was a talent back then that I knew would be a superstar someday and his cast of Roser, Devon Walker and KWJ is phenomenal!

I love this podcast I listen everyday while I’m at work really good show

I get it, the Memphis Grizzlies, like the rest of the NBA, want to promote “women’s equality.” However, maybe try hiring a woman who is knowledgeable about sports outside of basketball? For example, during “10 Things From The Weekend” the only thing she contributes is what she watched on TV. During football season, when the guys are chopping up about the games for 7 out of 10 segments, she’ll interject with random comments or dumb questions. You can tell Chris, Roser & Dev are annoyed, but they can’t provide constructive criticism about women in the PC world we live without being labeled a misogynist. Even with the NBA, she has no clue what’s going on with the other 29 teams. Kelsey has no concept of anything that’s not on Netflix, Instagram or Tik Tok. Kimble, if you want to hire a more women in sports broadcasting, hire someone who actually follows football or, at the very least, can pretend like they know what they are talking about. It’s embarrassing that you can hire a sports media person in the South who has no concept of football. 🤦‍♀️ PS: Make Jessica Benson, someone who knows significantly more about ALL SPORTS, a full-time member on the Chris Vernon Show, and move Kelcey to Rise & Grind, where it’s 90% celebrity gossip.

Any Grizzlies fan should listen to this, diehard and casual ones. It can be insightful one minute then laugh out loud funny the next. Great interviews, especially the summer league ones, and best of all Tuesdays with Tony. This is the only pod I listen to do daily, and it’s one of the biggest reasons I want to pursue sports media in the future. The best Grizzlies podcast by a mile

If you are a sports fan this podcast is a must. I listen to the podcast daily. Once you start you will be hooked. He has the best guest especially Tuesday’s with Tony. Most show you feel like the host is talking down to you with Verno he is taking with you.

Chris Vernon my be the best interviewer in all of sports media. He always has entertaining content and guests. His sidekicks Jon Roser and Devin Walker are awesome too! Spectacular podcast. These boys keep it real and do not blow smoke or tow the company line.

I think I’m the only Jackson, Ms resident who listens to the show regularly; however, I recommend it to everybody I know. I love the show and the segments they do each day. Chris is an amazing host who I really enjoy listening to! I am a die-hard Grizzlies fan, so I enjoy the Grizzlies content. Nevertheless, the guys talk about an endless variation of sporting news, pop culture, and other entertainment!

Love when chris has Alan Boston on. He is the greatest listen of all time. Alan has gone on other podcast & hosts do not know how to shutup & let him speak & ramble. Chris does a great job in letting alan speak & also jumping in at proper times. Good show chris

Even though I moved from Memphis 6 years ago, Verno has kept me in the loop and up-to-date on all things Memphis sports, culture, food and more every day. The show keeps getting better with new segments like Vegan Corner and Tuesdays with Tony. Of course, there’s always the classic segments with Vinnie Verno during football season too. Chris’s Crew brings the energy of radio to podcasts, and it’s MUST HEAR.

I loved the TA/KG episode and felt just like the giddy fan Chris was as he spoke with LEGENDS! I wish there were more dragons in the NBA right now and I hope JJJ can become one. I listen to lots of bball pods and this episode was special. Thanks Chris from a Celtics fan in the South...

Chris deserves approx. 94.1million for his efforts in convincing the coaching staff to RUN THE BLEEPING “Pick and Roll” with Mike and Mark. I’m convinced he is responsible for 2 of our 3 wins the season. Some others making only 94mil have done less. Love this show...always have...am...fm...cyber-space...it’s all good

The shows are always super entertaining as they cover more than just sports. Vernon and Roser always have great banter and keep the energy high. Best sports podcast for Grizz fans and casual sport fans alike.

Best podcast that I listen to, and I listen to many.

Show has good content. Chris is a homer with a surprising amount of personal relationships with the Grizzlies front office. If anything is going down with the Grizz you know Chris will hear about it. I’m leaving a three star review because the music and some of the production is bad. The ten things song specifically is really annoying. I can deal with John singing the first part thats kind of funny but then the song continues to play the whole time they are talking and it’s too loud in the mix. After the segment is over I never want to hear that song again. Use the song to introduce the segment and then fade it out.

Essential daily show for grizzlies fans. Chris Vernon is as connected to the team as anybody.

I first started listening to Chris Vernon via The Ringer's NBA podcast. I have not and will not miss a single episode. He is great and definitely worth the listen.

Chris Vernon is probably the biggest reason why I was ever interested in sports, started listening to him right before my first Grizz game (Triple OT Win over Charlotte). I’m a huge fan, and I hope to get into the Sports Media, Management or Marketing business because of this show.
