Fantastic commentator. I’m adding a piece of comedy: Joe Biden with a Broom sweeping Trump family and pundits out of the WH... let sweep them out

    Audio Levels
This last week of episodes was barely audible. The level on the commercials was fine, but Lauren was barely there.

    Good quick updates
Nice way to cut the light the BS and get the big picture of what’s going on. No adds.

    Ads
Just entirely to many ads for me to waste time listening to. I appreciate the information but just can’t take all these ads 🤦‍♀️🙄🤨

    Signal vs Noise
I think all users recognize the need for advertising in podcasts. The amount of time that the ads take up on this podcast has grown. When an episode is 1+ minutes of ads and 2+ minutes of content it is no longer worth the time to listen to in my opinion..

    Where is Chris?
What is the point if Chris is longer doing the podcast?

    Usually great
Great 5 min update on a particular topic, my only issue is nearly 50% of the pod is ADs. Cut down on the ADs and it would get 5 stars.

    Rename it...
What happened to Chris Cillizza? The other co-host is perfectly fine but I subscribed to hear him.

Words are important. Collusion is not the same as conspiracy.
In the March 26 podcast "Donald Trump Just Made Healthcare A Huge 2020 Issue" Chris quoted Barr as saying that per Mueller's report "there was no collusion or coordination" with "the Russians." This is incorrect and the difference is critical to understanding the outcome. Per Barr, the Mueller investigation "did not establish that members of the Trump campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government." 1) Conspiracy, in this context, is a federal crime with specific elements one of which is an agreement between the parties to violate federal law. No agreement, no conspiracy. 2) Per Barr, Mueller specifically defined "coordination" to also require "an agreement ... between the Trump Campaign and the Russuan government." Again, no agreement, no coordination. For both of these Mueller could have found any or all of the following without meeting the stated criteria. -An agreement to smear a political opponent isn't enough because that does violate federal law. - An agreement with a Russian oligarch isn't enough because they are not the Russian government. - An agreement between a close Trump associate and the Russiam government isn't enough if that person was not officially part of the Trump Campaign. - An apparent agreement with the the Russian government which can't be proven isn't enough because there's insufficient evidence to bring charges. In all of these cases most people would say that there was collusion even though conspiracy or coordination with the Russian government can't be proven. Words are important. Sloppy reporting leads to confusion and encourages claims of total exoneration.

Great news from Loomis Chaffee’s greatest alumn!
Despite the fact that Chris “Diesel” Cillizza drinks wine at ball games he is the best talking head at CNN and The Point is a perfect morsel of news when your on the go.
